If EU-Reader is used repeatedly on same element, readings should average over full time since last "new reading started". This will allow having increasingly precise average.
To reset - click air or any other element.
Suggestion: Make EU-Reader readings cumulative

Calm down. I didn't mention windmills because with the current system i can measure my power generation without any problems.
Eu-reader hates low-EU output/input stuff (Mostly water mills). -
I remember my first hydrogen stack. I hit it with an EU reader, and was very surprised at the negative reading. Maybe implement this as an "advanced EU reader".
