Fair and simple, placed just like normal chambers but provide no addition inventory for reactor, will automatically shutdown reactor if heat is over 1500 per control chamber.
6 control chambers will shutdown reactor at 9000 automatically and it wont turn on again before heat dropped to 0.
this will allow safe nuclear reactor tests for begining players and due inventory cut, wont provide win button for everyone else.
