[Forum] Ratings function : I can't use it! Someone want to tell me more about it ?

All is in the title. I've seen the ratings function of the forums, but how does it works ? Are we supposed clicking on the stars ? It's not working for me.
Please do not take me for an idiot if it's obvious and I didn't see it.

Look at the bottom right corner of the Page.
