[1.106] QuantumSuit jump not working (and scaffold) in SMP

I tried to search about this and found nothing.
Quantum jump is not working after upgrade from 1.97 to 1.106 alongside with the ghost e-net, no IC sounds and no jet-pack issues which numerous people posted about.
Scaffold not working wither in SMP.
Sorry if the jump-issue has been reported already.

I just testet, it works fine in singleplayer but not in smp. And yes flight is allowed
