[1.106] IC2 Controls don't save

I have a problem that when restarting minecraft IC2 controls reset, so every time I have to put my mode switch key to F which is really annoying.

It doesn't show any IC2 controls.

I wish devs would read this and fix it for 1.107.
P.S. IC2 Controls delete themselves from the config when I run the game.
