Can you even mod the pocket edition in the first place?
And even if you could, it isn't worth it. Since it would mean no forge and trying to learn or adapt the code to a different programming language.

acutally it would still be java, it's just a "smaller" version of java
lack of forge wouldn't be a problem because with no other mods you could just take over the base class ones
but still you're right, you can't mod the pocket edition easily
even if you could, the ic2 team is a bit busy atm and they only have to worry about the main version
wouldn't make sense adding more to their workload -
Some small degree of investigation told me that the Pocket edition its made on C++ and not java, due to ios inability to work with java.

Before someone starts saying Android uses Java: Yes, but it loads an external library.
Only way to mod Pocket Edition really is texture packs.
