how to install??

I have downloaded the latest Industrial craft for 1.4.5.. I have put the files in my mincraft folder..but now when I start my game, it crashes and gives my log file.. Please help, did I do right? I'm using the latest version of ModLoader ..

IC2 does not require ModLoader. It needs Minecraft Forge.

The zip you need is at the top of the list.

uhhhhh, Forge not ModLoader, start minecraft, put Industrialcraft 1.109.zip in "mods" folder, not in minecraft folder.
