Keep making good reactor designs.
I think it is not a really good design.
1. Efficiency should always be your first priority. EB is a little too low.
2. Too costly. There are many other designs out there that don't use diamond components.
3. Why another Component+Overclock Vent Checkerboard?
Not bad for a first try, but there's a lot of wasted resources there.
Please take a look at the official list of reactor designs thread and you'll find many designs that are equivalent or better costing fewer resources.
I think this 265 eu/t Mark-1 with an efficiency of 3.53 comes closer to your original goals.
I don't have the java plugin installed, but I'd like to ask: what's the copper per cycle (that's one of my big design questions right now, as I'm trying to stockpile for a high efficiency breeder reactor, trying to figure out how far off the mark I am).
Well, designs using single cells don't need copper plates to craft them, so those designs don't need any copper in a cycle.
