I though since it provided a 45,000 amplification it'd be 4.5 converted from milliseconds to seconds. But... that's a tad too slow.

Depends on how much eu you supply to the massfab. The more eu the more amp it will consume.

1 Amplifier is getting consumed per 1 EU. Just that is enough for calculating it yourself, for your personal needs.
