I would like to see which of my LR's have been struck and are discharging.
It would be neat if they glowed blue or something to show they were charged up.
Thanks!

Thats Greg Tech, not IC2, put it in the GT thread
Yea, my apologies. I still have issues differentiating the items and their mods.

Trust me when I say, almost everyone on this forum knows the feeling
Also, If you want to check which Lightning rod is discharging, you can use a EU-detector cable to emit a Redstone signal when EU is traveling through

Well, I have my LR's on the faces of my matterfab, so kind of hard to do that I guess?
I'm assuming then your using a Mystcraft Charged world then, other wise your just wasing your time due the the rarity of lightning. It's also not that hard, just break the bottom post (and move it up if you want), move the actual LR gen up and place the detector cable between the matter fab and LR, cover with some form of Redstone Lamp and done

The Lightning isnt actually that rare, TC3 Makes it rain alot and in those periods of rain you get the occasionaly storm.

I would say that if it's TC3 that is making the rain, then you need to purify the nearby node, but I tried to completely destroy the aura and the worst i got was angry zombies growing bigger everytime i hit them (and that was with stacks of every essentia in the crucible being released, 3 arcane bores, moving several nodes) if you can think of a way to stuff the aura up even more, i'm happy to hear it
Okay, wrong place as mentioned above. Any GregTech related suggestions/support/bug/crashes/whatever should be posted on its thread.
