It's definitely not IC2 related, so it's in off topic. No complaining.
Does anyone know how many solar panels a Redpower frame motor needs to keep running continuously? Also, how many solars does one windmill equal?

You should build a Windmill, some Solars and some Capacitors, so you will never run out of energy. And as Redpower connects evrything to everything, you will, over the time, use more and more of the energy produced.

Power Production on frame stuff sucks anyway. You should rather do it like every efficent person and build a giant powerplant for BT.
