Someone could make an addon even if Albaka doesn't approve.
I have an idea that some tools should have more variety like the chainsaw, composite west and some other tools. Also the dynamites.Probably adding more drinks like the booze with more IC2 crops.
Suggestions.

1. You are free to make addons, but please put them into the "pending addons" thing.
2. No Distrabuting actual IC2 code, which you shouldn't do anyway.
3. No Ad.Fly or whatever for download. Donate thing is fine. Not sure if having an Ad.fly link AND a normal download link is allowed?
4. Alblaka is off somewhere doing whatever, he doesn't visit here anymore.
5. *Night Halk is NOT Batman, he is not even DC Comics, he is marvel. -

If the ad.fly doesn't go to the addon download, then there's nothing in the rules that I see that prevent that
