Whenever I try to connect the Nuclear Reactor and/or the Reactor Chambers to any type of wire it does not connect, even tried to place a MFSU right next to the Reactor, still.. no power flowing. Any ideas on what might cause this? ( I've also tried creating new worlds and trying over and over again, still no success )

Have a quick look in your config if steam-outputting reactors is enabled.

Yes it was -> Disabled it -> Works perfectly, thanks a lot, but why does it disable the use of power cables ( does it release steam if it's enabled? )
Yeah, instead of power, it outputs Railcraft (and maybe other mod's) steam.
