Each dedicated server comes with free 5-15TB of traffic and i can buy an extra 2TB for 2€
There may be some hosting providers out there who want a lot more (worst i've heard of are 50€ per TB), but honestly: If your paying that you are officially dumb

Chunk-unloading and shit was done not because of some balance stupidity or something, but to save resources and shit on computers that could barely run minecraft (And Servers, no matter how high end those may be, trying to keep a whole near infinite and ever growing map its going to take a heavy toll on their resources)
Thats the reason why i asked for a simulated player entity
that'd be the only reason to prefer the ic chunkloader over other ones.

The Disadvantage is ONLY when you shut it off (via Splittercable), you have to wait until all the stored EU (could be anything between 0 and 1000000 EU) is out of the Machine, before it shuts off and stops to consume Energy.
well, you could just put a batbox in front of it - problem solved and no need for an internal eu storage.
It should have some neat features though - like activating spawners/mobspawning or just acting like a player entity
preferable configurable per chunkloader to optimize performance (via gui or something)
But i doubt thats possible..

After moving ic2 stuff with the frames, the cabling dosnt work anymore.. (at least for me)

The only thing i've found till now is a graphical bug.
If you have your crops and jump on them (SMP), about 50% of the time they turn to dirt but the crop won't break. If you relogg you see that its still farmland.

I think ic2 needs a proper front page, that links to forums, and alblakas blog... It seems that alblakas blog currently leads everywhere, but a slick design for a frontage with different things on it, with proper sorting, and proper forum, wiki, blog redirections in place.
Although are imer/Feanturi skilled in the arm of web design would maybe be the issue upon this
if anyone could give me a psd (or other) with the design itself i could do some magic
but doing that myself - hell no.
