    But... Matter+Anti-Matter=BOOM!!!!
Yup, but there that's because of oposite charge. And because of that, you can't assemble these into a bigger one (that was what he was suggesting). At least you could assemble Neutron + Neutron, but that wouldn't be created something bigger, as they wouldn't be especially attracted one by the other (so that wouldn't make any nucleus, just 2 Neutrons closer than before )

I don't know quantum physics very much so don't believe everything I say. However I think the antimatter-matter-annhilation is not becuase they're opposite charge, otherwise hydrogen will spontaneously explode in a vacuum. And things called antineutrons, antineutrinos exist too, and they do explode when they meet neutrons and neutrinos respectively.

Plus isn't a di-neutron supposed to be unstable?

The last post here was posted 3 month ago and you wrote nothing usefull for the topic.

I think it's a spambot behind that account. Plus, that account's website is some business for scrap metal stuff and posts are mainly gibberish. I'm sorry if there's a person behind there, but you do seem to be a spambot.

Ok as I stated myself, the modification bring on this file don't modify the beahviour of the Ov scanner when you play on a multiplayer server.
In the same time it makes sense as it would be a powerfull item which can permit you to scan chunk and to go straight to what you need with some modifications on this config file.

But in the same time It means that the miner with the OV -scanner is not able to mine iridium or whatever ore.

So, should be thinking how to set a default value for every valuable ore.
As I saw so far and i am not mod developer, I think It would be easy to Overcharge the OreDictionnary to add a default value to every ore except coble or I don't know what.
In that case has no moder is inserting useless block to mine, the miner would work with every mod and every new/future ore :)

No. That will not work. Remember, the OV scanner needs to have a value on the ore for the miner to work and IC2 shouldn't add a default value for all new ores, that's just stupid. Plus, modders may want certain ores to be invisible to the OV scanner. And as the OreDictionary is not something that can store energy, it is impossible to overcharge it.

On a server, almost all configurations default to servers. Just assume it is server-side unless otherwise stated (e.g. QSuit).

If iridium or other ores are present but it does not have a value, that shows that the mod did not register the ore an OV value and you/the server did not register the ore an OV value.

Phasing: something like the blink drive. Like phasing out (going out) into an alternate dimension then phasing in (going back in) back to the original dimension, in a different place, nearly instantly.

GraviSuite PvP is still possible but extremely hard, think GraviSuite v. GraviSuite. Even harder with auto-recharging functionality. But the new leggings, you just teleport somewhere and the enemy doesn't know where to go. GraviSuite flying is okay because you can see where the guy is flying and you can chase after.

If you want discussion you should try posting your breeder design on the New [Official] Reactors design thread, you may now post multimod designs there.
The rest of the nuclear engineering section has now fallen into a state of disrepair as only unconventional reactor designs are discussed here...

Plus, your design is not forwards-compatible, as in 1.5 (or the beta versions of GT for 1.4.7) thorium cells will produce less pulses.

    Three errors with installation:

    • Conflicting Minecraft versions. Mods for 1.4.5 are not compatible with 1.4.6. However, mods for 1.4.6 are compatible with 1.4.7 (and vice versa).
      a) The most officially stable version of IC² is v1.111, for MC 1.4.4 - 1.4.5.
      b) The latest semi-stable version of IC² is v1.115.231, for MC 1.4.6 - 1.4.7. (It is in the link Crafter has given)
      c) The latest developer snapshot version of IC² is v1.115.268 , for either MC 1.5 or 1.5.1 (One of those, I don't know which one.)
    • Use Minecraft Forge , not ModLoader. ForgeModLoader and Forge has the functions of ModLoaderMP since 1.2.5, and ModLoader and AudioMod since 1.3.2. What this means is that you no longer need to install ModLoader, MLMP or AudioMod with Minecraft Forge since 1.3.2 as all ModLoader, ModLoaderMP and AudioMod mods are compatible with Minecraft Forge. You also do not need to install ForgeModLoader as MCForge includes ForgeModLoader. Forge version 6.6.2.533+ should work.
    • No error log. It is ForgeModLoader-0.log. As Crafter has mentioned, pastebin it.

Wait... how can a reactor using 42xU make 100 EU/t? Like, an Eff 1 setup would produce 5 EU/t per U, so 42xU would produce 210 EU/t at the bare minimum.

I'm still waiting on the planner to load... so I can't give any feedback.

But efficiency is key. You should post the efficiency (and overall efficiency) on every recator design submission.

Basically griefing armor, with the phasing and exploding. And wall jumping isn't really required, one can fly you know.

The teleportation would also make PvP nearly impossible...

    And Grammar is not Spelling.

Plus if you can't be bothered to check your writing, I doubt anybody would be bothered to decipher your writing if it has terrible grammar/spelling.

I'd rather have someone else helping me out without the rude attitude. All I need is guides on how to make the basics, and to help me understand the basics so I can get started with this mod, and then a few guides to help me make a few basic starting IC2 items.

How are we supposed to help you if we don't know what to help you on? IC2 is so broad, you should give some details. Like the "basics", which is what you just said.
Pretty much all the basic information (crafting) you can get from the IC2 wiki/CraftGuide/NEI.

    WorldGen:

    • Copper Ore (Orange spots, found highest at Y=70, best found around Y=40, clusters usually in 3 - 6, needs Stone Pickaxe or better)
    • Tin Ore (White spots, found highest at Y=40, best found around Y=20, clusters usually in 3 - 6, needs Stone Pickaxe or better)
    • Uranium Ore (Green spots, found anywhere, no best found depth, clusters usually in 1 - 2, needs Iron Pickaxe, Bronze Pickaxe or better)
    • Rubber Trees (Wood is darker shade of spruce, thick leaves, 3-tall leaf cap, has orange spots, most common in swamps. Drops saplings which can be grown with bonemeal or time. Use Treetap to harvest resin from the orange spots which regrow over time. Take care not to repeatedly tap the same spot in a short perido of time.)

As for the concept of electricity, just thing of it as

This is the standard route without GregTech.
Then build the following machines and supply power:

    • Generator
    • Macerator
    • Extractor (switch with Macerator if low on rubber)
    • BatBox
    • Mining Drill, Diamond Drill, Chainsaw, Electric Wrench, Electric Treetap, EU-Reader, BatPack
    • Electro Furnace
    • Compressor (which you can use Coal to make into Diamonds)
    • Watermill-RedPower-Cyclotron or Overengineered Windmills or Engineering-Not-Required Solar Panels or Hell-Powered Geothermal Generators.
    • MFE, Lappack
    • LV Transformer (to convert 128 EU-packets to 32 EU-packets, as unupgraded machines can tolerate only 32 EU-packets, which is the maximum level unupgraded machines can tolerate)
    • Induction Furnace

I'll stop here, as it's pretty much all the basic machines, but keep in mind I haven't touched on the fun stuff such as NanoSuit, QuantumSuit, UU-Matter, Nuclear Reactors, Teleporters and Terraformers.
