2. How do non-whole stack sizes work?
For example 3.6 means, what you get 3 whole items per first reaction and receive 7 (3.6*2=7.2) items at second same reaction in same reactor, leaving 0.2 of output for next.

Nothing you should really change. Before fix sap production with external fluid tank connected was 1mB per 300 ticks independed from light and leaves. Now it works as it should work. If you look at sack closely, you will see falling particles. Each represent 1mB of fluid (now).

You see, idea was, that every visible dropped particle is reflect 1 mB of fluid. But according to code, on server side sack fill up only 1 first mB of fluid to inner tank. But on client side it was looking like drops still falling in sack and sack is filling. If i fix all that and leave "as is" you shortly could be flooded with sap.
I'm using IHL 0.570, for the sap deletion bug. (the sack tries to transfer X {i dont know the value} mB of sap but only 1 mB reaches the tank attached.)
Fixed. Also sack is nerfed. Also:
