Before those pseudo Christians complain about Jesus being used in that Meme and Sirus should go to Hell for that, here a FUN FACT!
Practically, if you believe in Jesus as "your Lord an savior" or as "the son of God", you are not a real Christian, because Christians are only allowed to believe in God, and calling Jesus (who was just a Prophet) like that would make you worshipping him like God. Same goes for Hell and Satan, so if you believe that these two even exist, you are not a Christian, because you are only allowed to believe in God. So if you say "X goes to hell [for doing Y]", you are actually a Satanist. Take that Church.
But seriously, MCPC+ is bad. Get rid of it.

Reinforced stone is made in the world not by crafting, but the Crystal memory is made by cooking its raw versions, you can NEI that.

Really it is just meant for an extra way to get it. Go install some other mods such as GT if you want it. In ic2, there is currently only 1 use for silver and that is for Glass fibre ;p

Both iron and gold are heavier then Diamonds, so they would be worth more.

Well of course, why would they want an API to add the liquid? Thats just stupid.
Its IC2's generator and so is IC2's responsibility to add it, but if another mod wants to thats fine. -

Scraps can also be used to make scrapboxes. But I don't like gambling.

Isn't Scraps only use always been UU? Also, Note, the UU EU rate is customizable in the config. Don't like it? Change it. Also note, that in the future, Nuclear reactors and other generators are going to be much much more powerful.

In current versions of GT, Plutonium and Thorium cells do not work and have been Pseudo removed. Although you may be on older versions. IF so, please look at the Main Reactor thread.

A fairly-simple machine or block or smth that can fill/empty stackable liquid containers (cells/capsules/cans) without consuming them. Most of your machines return the containers but there is no dedicated machine for that. (Basically I am suggesting a EU-liquid transposer from Thermal expansion).
Pretty sure the Liquid Injector/extractor does that for free ;p unless that was fixed -
