What do you mean flow to the next block? An adjacent turbine?

so you can't rush for glass fibre anymore
You can't really anyway, since they require loads of diamonds to put any decent amount down. -
Google suggests that Piezo Crystal seems to be a good enough translation

The reason it's blocked is it's internal tank is full. The condenser only takes steam, which is why it's tank isn't draining into it

I'd upload some of the fixes I've seen just scanning through on the bug tracker, but that's already got like 40 bugs that need fixing, and TD's to do list is long enough already

Railcraft still has steam engines, so I can really only think of just making a small boiler and powering one of them. Or the hobbyist steam engine which can accept fuel and water directly, but only produce 1.6 MJ opposed to 2 MJ if steam is fed in. EU to MJ is very hard now, since it is pretty much only Railcraft which still uses it.

Guess it's just the time of year, you've seemed to have a bad cough quite a few times.

Optimised I believe you mean. No nasty processing needed now

Even the .Java files are wrong sometimes, since uraniumOre has a comment calling it tin

It will (should) be IC3 once the E-net is done. At that point everything else should be done, so it will be a good time to make an entirely new stable release.

OK then, is it WAILA support to see heat values on your blocks?

This tastes funny: Drink a beer with nausea
My stomach hurts: Drink 5 beers with nausea
My body hurts: Die from a drink

Now for a great surprise, Anno 1701 doesn't run at all, because I quote "The Driver isn't certified", and that only because the Driver is "too new" for that kind of detection table, WHAT KIND OF BULLSHIT IS THAT!?! WHO THE FUCK LIMITS GAMES TO OLD DRIVERS BY USING A FUCKING TABLE!?!
I can think of only a few other things to limit how a game could be played as much as that.
Someone once said that Windows is just a collection of bad Drivers, and it feels a hell like being exactly that.
That is nearly right. There is a few bits of poorly written patches to make them "work together" which means not crash as much.
But I completely understand what you mean, Windows "compatibility" really isn't there, despite each update meant to be compatible with programs for the previous ones. I blame the newer games trying to be too complicated and so breaking with each update, while the older games being simpler, but also more stable because of it. The best way I try to avoid such problems is just run Windows XP in a virtual desktop, and just play old games off that, since it seems XP works with everything that isn't Vista+

You need to look in that mod's jar/zip, as it should have an API folder, which will contain the IC2 API. You don't want that, so delete just that folder, and everything SHOULD work.

Redstone upgrade so i can turn it on/off with lever. For now I use eu-splitter cable
The redstone upgrade doesn't do that, all it does is invert the current received redstone signal a machine has. -
From what I can tell, one of the other mods you have installed contains a different version of the IC2 API, so is causing IC2 to crash. I'd guess Buildcraft, but I don't recognise some of the others, so your best bet is to look through any that add IC2 machine recipes and delete the IC2 API from the mod.

Seems you are far from out of ideas at the moment then
-
How long is your list now?
-
Why ??
Incase another mod had a radioactive item, so that you could use the API to add it to the containment box. What SpwnX said -
The code I'm pretty sure is next called on the 1st of April, so I guess for then?
