Mode switching on all armor and tools is currently broken if you are using IC2 Experimental.

A Forestry multifarm can get the resin from trees that are next to each other, so it shouldn't be a problem.

Forestry uses it's own crafting handler for some recipes, you will have to wait until Nei Plugins is updated to be able to see them.

The experimental versions have only existed from 1.6.2, and some things are only partially implemented so they may not have a recipe. I do not know the exact recipe for the fuel rods, but I believe they are (or are planned to be) made in the metal former with iron.

Currently the wiki is not up to date with experimental versions, the only way to see the recipes for machines ingame would be to install Nei (Not enough items) and Nei plugins, however, Nei plugins is not yet updated to 1.6, so just installing Nei would only show you the crafting recipes.

Yes, they will still generate 1 packet per tick in the case of ultimate hybrids though this packet is 512 eu. The only solar panels I know of that don't make 1 packet per tick is the GT solar covers, they instead make 20 eu per second.

Most solar panels cause large amounts of lag because they are generating 1 packet of energy every tick, this becomes very noticeable with large amounts of solar panels because 1 wire is carrying many packets each tick. Mfsus probably cause lag because they are actively accepting/outputting energy, the e-net will aslo cause some lag because it actively scans the energy's destination to see if the mfsu, and solar panels should output their energy.

Things in IC2 experimental have changed and the wiki has not yet been updated, to see the new recipes I would recommend you download Not Enough Items (NEI).

That was a bug with IC2, an easy way to fix it is to update to IC2 experimental, but there are changes to things like the E-net, nuclear reactors, and the Mfe and Mfsu have been bumped up 1 tier.

The ore washing plant does in fact work, and is meant to wash crushed ore, to get purified ore, as well as increasing ore output.

Refined iron is being removed, the recipe now uses regular iron ingots, that is your problem.

I've read your post twice and understood nothing. How am I now supposed to create items out of scrap and EU?
The mass fab now produces Liquid UU-Matter, it is 10 million eu without scrap, and 1.66 million eu with scrap per bucket of UU. You move the liquid uu into a Replicator (I think), give the replicator a pattern, and energy, it will then take the liquid uu and begin assembling the item. To get patterns I believe you need to have one of the items you want to replicate, and put it in a scanner. Someone please correct me if I am mistaken with any of this. -
In 1.5.2 the energy use of the Gravichestplate was scaled back from 512eu/t to around 277.77eu/t in, and the boosting energy consumption is also now 2x instead of 3x, as well as still boosting you to around 3.5x speed. The advantages of using the Gravichestplate over the Advanced Nanosuit is that it gives creative like flight allowing you to build and work easier, as well as moving much faster.

I believe luminators can be toggled with redstone in IC2 experimental.

The Item ids are off by +256 from what they are set to, this happens with most (if not all) mods, just set the ids 256 lower on one side or higher on the other.

I believe this has been a known bug, but ice cooling a reactor was removed around 1.3 anyways, so your machine to cool it would not work.

The ore washer is used by supplying it with eu, water buckets or cells goes in the top left slot, and crushed ore goes in the input slot.
Im not sure if the fuel rod has a recipe yet, but rechargeable batteries are crafted with tin item casings, which are essentially double hammered tin ingots.
The ore dictionary is basically a system where items are given a name, and other mods can use things from the ore dictionary, for example copper ingots are ingotCopper, most of the larger mods do use the ore dictionary, so you should be good on that front.
