Please hold all "Weapon" suggestions till industrium conflict drops.
As far as this goes, I don't think laser point defense is in the works, if it is I will be very suprised.

Yea no worries, what you using them for anyways?
I can confirm SpwnX's suggestion works.
I had to do something similar when i forgot to disable RP2 Copper and tin generation.
Im sure its possible if you asked.
In case you didn't know, Feanturi is the IC2 spriter, it would be a good place to start.
Nice, A+
This your first texture job?
Never did touch that, but yes, there are off. Why the hell, is what I don't know. Probably Barabashka (Russian version of Herobrine) did something.
Russian Herobrine!? o.o
I think treecapitator does damage on tools equal to number of logs broken.
If damage is too big (above 27) it will surely break tool as it makes its metadata (which should be tool damage) go down to zero/negative value, making it break as it were a normal tool.
Yea this is what i was think it was, I can confirm that treecapitator does "Damage" based on how many logs are broken.
Because it does so much damage it destroys the tool before the lap pack can charge it.
I would like to apply for the position of "Smallstuff Moderator."
I think i'm well suited to this section because it doesn't have a ton of activity so I feel like I can handle it.
English is my first language and I like to think I have a reputation of being polite.
I've been playing IC/IC2 since it was only a forum post on minecraft forums.
I understand that i don't have a huge post count but i've been on the IC forums for about a year now.
Thank you for taking the time to consider me as a possible moderator.
I simply love this addon, it takes a huge load off my mind when running a server.
Can't play without it
LAN = Local Area Network
A Lan network consist of all computers currently connected to your internet by way of a router, switch, or gateway.
Option one for setting up server: True local server.
A true local game is the easiest to set up as it can be done within minecraft itself (1.3.2 and later)
The drawback to a true local game is it requires all players to be connected to the same router, switch, or gateway as the host.
Option two for setting up games: Virtual lan server.
*Requires a Hamachi or a similar VLan network program.
A little more complicated than true local games, virtual lan servers work the same way a true local server works with one exception.
virtual lan programs create what is best explained as a large cable across the internet to connect specific users, giving the bonus of not requiring you to be near the host server.
Limited by how many users Hamachi allows. (I believe its five for free user's)
I hope this answers your question and prevents further confusion, if you need help setting up a server feel free to PM me.
You are very well spoken good sir.
(Full well written response to come tomorrow)
edit: I've actually changed my mind, i'm going to keep my nose out of this shit storm.
Seen this on my 1.2.5 smp server, it only happened once during a small lag spike.
Well the charge level is indicated and stored as a damage value.
Looks at the tenth post down on your link. pay attention to who wrote it. :3
Yes i know about the papercraft, i was just woundering if anyone had made anything else.
So Ive had an idea for quite some time and just havent gotten around to it.
After seeing the foam dimond swords and pickaxes that mojang has been selling i got the idea of "Why not a nano saber or a mining drill?"
So my question is, has anyone made any IC2 related things out side of minecraft?
Interesting. Is it wrong that I just got a trap idea?
Not at all, its actually toggleable too lol
At early game tin is in fact a little rare as you need to dig down quiet a bit. But once you get your miners running you usually have more tin then you can store in chests. As an alternative try to search for a natural cave that goes deep, you might find plenty of tin there.
Beside that, I think it would be a good idea to have some kind of fluid (water/lava) storage block that could be put right next to a pump, so you can pull the stuff out with buckets or just throw it away by destroying the block. Something like a Hayo Cauldron
Ive seen your cauldron suggestion before and if memory serves me it wasnt a very pretty thread.
I dont see how you guys are having such a problem getting tin, i feel like i am swimming in it most the time, in my world i have a Personal chest dedicated just to tin.
Im using a grid of 6 geo generators attatched to pumps and they just keep eating lava!
Is there a way to stop my redpower pumps when my geo/pump are full?
Here is a simple fix.
Need power
(Switch cable/Closed circuit) (Storage unit's)
Full of power
