As far at the digital watch function is concerned i think you should just be able to right click a normal clock to give you the time in digit form.

i like the direction of the idea but,
i think that it would be nice if there was a different chest we could put battery's in to be un-stacked and charged. -
I don't really like this idea, external cooling is already possible with Build craft and ice factory's.
I like the fact that its difficult to create a so called "Perfect reactor"It seems OP to me.

i don't think he has it working like that, looks to me like he just uses TMI to make his ice.
