Hard to say I mean most start new games on each major version. You really don't have many options for conversion back and forth where at least you have overclockers and such for more speed. I think this was most important.

Overclocking, Transformer, and Energy Storage upgrades are no longer in the game. I cannot craft them, and testing out in creative will not allow me access to them either. Maybe the changes to reactors broke this?
They work just fine. Make sure your using NEI and check the recipe. This is not a bug nor a problem in both 106 and 107.

The tier 3 charger should be substantially faster... or accept overclocker upgrades or somesuch. Currently charging a full quantum suit takes ages.
If you watched the video its planned in the near future to add more overclockers. The tip is you can put 4 charging pads together.

Any update on how the switch to IC2 v1.106 is coming?
Prob pointless anyways to update since IC does not even having working suits for SMP nor does anyone want to make a patch for it

Forcicium: is too much or too little World generation ?? add depleted Forcecium (Output Extactor). ?? add a recipe depleted Forcecium + (redstone,glowstone,lapi) = Forcecium
It's probably a tad to much but in a way not crazy either. With a depleted recipe I think it would help people be able to maintain it longer without to much worry. In a way I hate getting it sometimes but at the same time I'm happy knowing its for a good use hehe.
You could even consider adding a mechanic like instead of depleted creating enriched or something and making it even more powerful but hopefully a block version so lasts even longer. But I might be silly

It seems the HV has the wrong display shows like 10mil energy but when full it and charge 1 empty crystal it drains like almost all of it.. Its really strange hehe.

So A couple people having issues dcing on and off of the forcefield but others have actual desync issues but (Sniper3 says he knows how to do holograms and it's not a desync issue *jokes) Anyways he stands still but he thinks and can move around BUT when he gets away from the location where he was he can't open chests or place items because he is actually not 5 blocks on the server in range of that he is really where we see him etc ahhh..
I can't tell you much just bad ass desyncing for a couple people I did have him send me his logs:

If you are talking about 2 Lightningrods, which "share" 4 HV-Transformers via Superconductorconnection, then it will work as long as only one of them is outputting Energy. You really need 4 HVT's per Rod (no matter where those are placed), there is no way around, since there is no Storageblock which accepts more than 2048EU/t (And yes i know the HV-Transformer is basically a Storageblock, which does that).
P.S. I just looked at the most recent Version of my Lectureplan (for tomorrow), and i was even more horrified, than last Semester. Even when there are now only 2 deadly boring (that was serious) Lectures a week, i have now 4 Days with Begin at 8:00am, End at 5:15pm and giant holes of nothing inbetween the Lectures. At least 2 of the Lectures are really important for me. I think i will use my Dropbox now also for Coding. And HAYO!, Friday is 8:00am to 1:00pm, so i can visit my Friend and Betatester "zerggrez".
I was thinking oh damn no more updates. Nope now you have nothing to do but code updates haha. Hopefully you do some homework too

In this Case yes. Why? The Testers are deaf (didnt recognize no sounds), didnt check if old Bugs (Ghost-E-net 1.103) are still there and were obviously not even using the QSuit and Jetpacks in their Tests (which are bugged in every single Version of IC²). I guess most (not all) of them are only Testers just to have ealier access to IC².
According to RichardG, only ONE Tester had issues with Ghost-E-net!!! ONLY ONE!!! And it was still the most basic Ghost-E-net! (permaexploding Machines, wireless Energy)
I think they need some more serious Beta-Testers, and should fire all except the one, who found the Ghost-E-net. Unless all those Bugs were reported, and just ignored by the Dev-Team.
I thought there might have not been a test build. Then in this case if every tester but the one does not ask for their testing tag to be removed just let us know if you need help shaming you

I keep people saying "Need moar beta testers" but do they really? Maybe its more a problem of "Quality" rather than "Quantity"?
I have to agree here but can we always blame the testers? I mean I can't be 100% sure but I been told that sometimes there is not test build and etc. I don't know how people test but their doing something wrong. I usually make my internal testers craft and place every single items and give it a shot. This split up between what 20 testers on their member list? Plus the devs are suppose to be testing their own fixes and patches. I don't know what the hell to say anymore.
Jenkins should be installed for the public.
A few of us on IRC were given a copy of 1.107 to test don't PM me for it but there was no NDA or anything was just public link most people grabbed it. This is how I see testing should at least be like:

Thank you. I had read through, but it's difficult to sort through 14 pages of posts, sorting out which version people are talking about, to try to find someone who had the same problem I did - especially since there wasn't a mention of Extra Bees in my error log.
Once you gave me a search parameter, I was able to solve the problem - so for that, I thank you. I hadn't even realized Extra Bees was using the IC 2 api at all, as it's a Forestry mod.
So for those having problems:
1. Check Forge version, it HAS to be .263 or later
2. Check Extra Bees, and apparently all the zips of all your mods, for an ic2 folder - you never know where an old api version might be hiding.
3. Then post.(see? There's a polite way to say it. :D)

DAMMIT! Now I'm torn once more between this & Compact Solars... Good work.
Nothing to be torn about. I use compact solars for more of a balance play ISH. This mod is better for probably SSP and quicker way to the top.

Btw i think is better for me downgrade Forge a little... Forge 4.1.4.295 is kinda unstable right now... it crash my worlds upon open them... and also CC is incompatible with the last version...Latest CC works great here with the latest forge if you patch the latest forge with Richards Patch:
