Issue is related to the fact you cannot place crops which can't grow on the specified crop under current conditions. Wheat doesn't grow at night, thus it can't be placed.
Meant to prevent players from fail-placing crops. -
As i've said, contact him. His system doesnt support NBT-Tags on itemstacks i guess.

Log-wise, there's no issue stated. The failed-messages regarding different BC-versions can be ignored.

Note: Electrolyzuers got buffed with 1.62 update.
They can now attach to any electric storage unit.
They will transfer 2/8/32 EUt, and returning energy has a 30/20/10 % loss, values are based on tier (BatBox/MFE/MFSU).
As well, each cell can now contain 20k EU. -

EnergyDrink is definitely gonna come with next version, probably even within the next hotfix.

P.P.S When you autoharvest with BC obsidian pipe you will ruin your crop bag, it will become Unnamed and not analizable
Contact SpaceToad in this regard and ask him to check whether his pipe system supports NBT-Tags.
Try throwing an enchanted item into an obby pipe, if it get dechanted, it's definitely this issue. -
Are you using any other mods? Probably one of them is using an outdated IC API.

Two things:
Either you measure for a REALLY long time.
Or you exceeded the long time-variable, which CAN happen.About once every couple of hours.Probably time-changing mods f.e. Somnia or SPC can interfer with this.
