Pah, you can refuel nuclear generators automatically.

I like the idea of having almost invisible traps and rotating teleporters.
However, a simple entity-detector running on eu would work just as well.

Redpower without a doubt, no magic stuff, just plain mechanics which you can utilize.
Sure BC is a bit easier to work with, but, the pipes are dumb, don't have covers.
