Problem solved: Forge .97 is in its present state INCOMPATIBLE with IC2 1.95.
I downloaded/installed Forge .94, and can now access saved worlds
Weird. I'm using 97 and it's fine for everyone on my server.

Seriously though, I gave you a freaking link to a program that will download any version of the client/server
Is too! http://project.adshi.net/minecraft/versionchanger/
Well, it isn't MCNostalgia. But it downgrades the client/server.
Its not writing anything in that file.
its blank.
Mine appears to be working fine

Edit: I should probably say it's a video about tesla coils so I don't get bitched at
On SMP, my advanced machines don't appear to be doing anything. They won't charge up their internal storage or process items. The GUI opens properly though.
My MFE on SMP is working great. Perhaps you messed up the installation somehow?
new ores are single block with meta now, normal furnace cant smelt them, not a bug.
Actually... I can smelt them fine in a normal furnace.
I've also noticed this happening sometimes in SMP, and not other times
This is happening to me on my server as we speak. My batpack IS depleted (no other tools will drain energy from it) but my diamond drill is stuck on :25 for the damage value. All that I have installed (aside from ML 1.1, MLP 1.1 v2, and Forge 1.31) is IC2 1.64, RP2pr4d, BC 2.2.12, and NEI.
Wow I didn't realize the problem was this bad. I now 'have' IC2 SMP but at the same time that shiny new feature I'd been yearning to explore is... a broken weed farm after each logout x.x
PS: this is probably related, but holding 4 flowers also doesn't plant them.
It seems to work with dandelions but not roses
I totally loled at this, and guess what, nobody else (other than devs/testers) will know why, ahh yes, these systems are cool, but outdated somewhat xD Somewhen in the future that is.....
Gonna nerf our snowman generators? But think of the snowchildren! They'll go hungry with their snowfathers out of work.
Well, I just tried Xyberviri's Treachery, and it doesn't work for me >.>
The retrievers get a redstone signal, they do their animation, but they don't pump any ice out of the chest. This sucks.
I'll have to check out his map (if he's uploaded it) in a little bit and report back with whatever I find out.
I've been working on this for a little bit now, I still don't have enough compressors set up and it's pretty messy, but it is a prototype. When done it should be able to cool 5 reactors pumping out 1820 EU/t each.
On a side note, anyone know if it's possible to use retrievers with singularity compressors? If I attach a pipe to the same side of the compressor that I would attach a transposer, nothing happens. The transposer sucks out the ice fine though, as you can clearly see in the screenshot. I'm fairly sure I'm using the retriever properly. (I'd never used one before this, but it works fine if I replace the compressor with a treasure chest full of ice.
Nope, I just watched another video on YouTube and it's definitely block breakers. I've tried downloading other people's maps to see what I'm doing wrong but their configs weren't uploaded so the worlds are fairly corrupt.
Edit:
Tried out a world with a good config file. But... I still get nothing. The block breakers are all set up and running but I get no snow. What gives? I'm gonna go ahead and update to the latest forge version and see if that helps.
'Nother edit:
I started fresh and installed the latest version of everything (I was using Forge 1.2.2 since none of the mods required it to be updated.) It works great now.
Hey all,
I've seen a few reactors out there cooled by snowman by-products and I've been trying to figure out...how? In all the pictures I see, as far as I can tell they're using RP block breakers. The only problem is, when I try that the snow gets broken but I get no snowballs from it.
Anyone have any insight into this?
