Actually, on top of this being the wrong place to post this, it's a known bug and has been posted about many times. The rubber boots' damage value goes negative and people become invincible.

Why not just make it so batteries go into the proper slot no matter what side they're pumped into?

You probably installed OptiFine wrong.

[MC 1.3.2] IC² v1.106 SSP/SMP
That was posted on September 16th -
Don't waste your valuable scrapboxes by right-clicking them

To be honest I'm not aware of any possible automation regarding crops but Tekkit is a very hot topic so I'd recommend not mentioning it anymore

Are you using at least Forge 263 as stated in the requirements for this mod?
-
You should always download mods from legitimate sites. The site for Forge is http://www.minecraftforge.net/forum/
-
The guys at Mojang should really learn how to properly get user input
-
Where did you get that number? There is no Forge 4.0.0.2.
-
I haven't forgotten about this, I just have a full plate right now. (School, tutoring 3 students, and hired to program an MMO engine)

What incompatibility issues?
-
I also noticed you posted in another mod for a different, but still very old version of IC2. I think you need to get your versions straight
-
Actually, there's already a scuba helmet in IC2.

If you looked, you'd see it actually explains how to do that with ice in the quantum suit leggings description. It isn't a bug.
"Once your shiny new QuantumSuit Leggings have become your favourite method of transportation and you're immune to fall damage thanks to your QuantumSuit Boots, it's time to show Vegeta who's really over 9000: Create a nice little track of about 10 ice blocks in a row, place yourself at one end, activate your suit and accelerate across the ice. Right at the end, jump and loudly yell HAYO! as you get closer and closer to the stars! Note that IndustrialCraft² cannot be held responsible for injuries incurred when jumping into walls and/or mountains as you clearly did not yell HAYO! loudly enough to shatter the obstacle."

Always did.
That's not true. For a while before... 1.95 perhaps? they didn't work in the rain. I'm not sure which versions it was exactly. I'd always try to find a nice place with a desert nearby so I could build my solars there, since they still worked in the desert when it was raining. -
The splitter cables do not work very well atm. Try putting a single piece of redstone dust on the ground and then a lever after that.
-
For one reason or another, the q-legs only discharge when running in water. Maybe you could take a look and see how it works there?

Try reinstalling things and make sure your config files are correct. I've never seen this issue and as far as I know, neither has anyone else. I'm fairly sure something went wrong on your end.
