Added SeedManager and NetworkAnchor. Not finished some points but main part should work. And I still don't understand how these mods are working so please help with testing.
I plan to add a few more mods and after change textures/recipes and do some balance so welcome suggestions.
your ic2 api is outdated, it wil not run with latest ic2, at least this what i heard from thunderdark on mantis

Another big update 1.14.5.02 for 1.7.10 is done. Flight turbine now only adds speed.
Only known bug - Exo CF batpack is not working with Sprayer.

Today finished [Addon 1.115] NuclearPan 1.01 (Now with candies!). Put it to fishing rod folder.
This mod is here . I've deleted separate files for ElectricRod and NuclearPan.
The idea of this addon is to collect all small outdated IC2 mods in one place. This format guarantees that all mods are up to date and none is forgotten.
I don't know these mods so I need your help in testing. Also you can suggest other mods or ideas.

Seems to be a crash bug on world load with the newest IC2(.630) using .07.
You should not use 1.7.2 NC version with 1.7.10 IC2 version.
It is a very strange thing. Text is ok for standard signs and Thermal Monitor. I still haven't lost hope to solve this problem on my side. 
I read small OpenGL manual but I need some time to understand it.
It seems I didn't hit any non-outdated Addons when moving Stuff to the "Outdated Addons" Section, did I?

alarms in this build need the sound fix, and seems energy counters do not work?
Updated. All is fixed except energy counters. It's impossible to fix because of IC2. Energy net was fixed only in 1.7.10.
Fixed. Sorry. Again my stupid error. 
I'll check but I'm not sure I can fix it. Maybe it's better to ask Shaders Mod devs.

Actually, I have 4 suggestions:
1. Since vanilla IC2 Q-suit has flight, can IC2CA's have faster flight by adding the jetpack in the assembler?
2. Does the mod support localisations? I really want to change all the armors to armours
3. Can we get an integrated CF backpack option, so you can still spray CF with your Q-suit on?
4. And the same for the fuel jetpack, for the poorer nano-suit owners out there?

Yes. I hope the leak was fixed. It is hard to test this bug because you need to play for a long time.
