I don;t want to expose my MFSU as chargepad in risk of being blown away by creeper or sth. I think not that expensive (few advanced cirquits, and advanced casing + stuff) is enough effort as you need to anyway connect it via expoensive cables.

"IC3" is not as different as IC2 was from IC1 to justify that. I'm fine with IC2, it rolls on the tounge and i've kind of got used to it saying IC3 feels weird

Also I found a funny "exploit" when Blast Furnace Smelting a Commercial Engine. You get +1 Steel out of it (12 instead of 11). I think CJ just thought that nobody is ever going to add a Bronze or Aluminium Recipe for the Piston (that is where the +1 Iron comes from).

Well then the suggestion should be deprecating the old cell, or changing the UniCell into something more distinguishable from the normal cell.

I think this addon only gives that ability to IC2 cables. So you can connect your RF generators to RF machines or Ic2 machines, but you must use IC2 cables.

Wait what? I think you misunderstood me. Either way, Player's ratio is based of the amount of energyfrom Charcoal in an Ic2 Generator vs. TE Steam Dynamo, so you should use that.

And NO FOR DA SILVER CABLES, Glass Fibre ( even if not logical at all, :floating dirt block: ) look much cooler, and if I were an IC2 dev, I would change the recipe so it requires electrum dust (so they are a lil'bit more expensive), that's what I'm already doing in my pack thx to MineTweaker

With regards to vanilla IC2, using (and also adding) Electrum Dust makes it cheaper. You need to process Gold Ore anyway to get the Silver Dust needed for the recipe, so if you can afford Silver, you already have MORE gold. And electrum dust is made with 1 Silver + 1 Gold = 2 Silver, so you get 2 Electrum Dust. I can understand using it if you can't make it without a special machine, but IC2 Silver already needs at least a Macerator and Thermal Centrifuge.
