    I have 70+ FPS and i have only clasic 4GB ram, dual core AMD, HD4650 G.Card so.. i dont know if that is some problem ..I had problems .. lag spikes but that was because chicken farm sound problem.. and I figure out that. So dont worry if you want to have nice flat roof I have 7 mass fabricators and lots of other but still energy.. i dont know how to use that much.. and i mine with dynamits long tunnels 3*3 always throw 1 in the middle and nice tunnels.. so I have all materials i need.. what else if not miners :) I do not have idea

    That'd be a question for SpwnX, i'm the nut that uses ice CASUCs as base power. :)

    Considering my setup which each wind mill generates approximately 1,66 EU/t (Wind Strength 15 + no rain/thunder), it will depend on your power needs.
    I suppose one wind tower is enough for most workshops. (Mine uses fully OC machines so one is not enough for me).

    Its not how he coded it, its WHERE he coded it. The Code is inside the normal Block.class! And it defines Light by BlockID, and not by something like am easy general setLightsource(x,y,z,level)-Function, which could be easyly implemented with the current Lightingsystem. Good that i learn out of Minecrafts failures, before starting my own Computergame.

    That means that colored reactor glow is now possible to make.

    He probably is talking about normal light. Not colored, mojang doesn't even have a support for that. And coding that would need basefile modifications i suppose (if forge doesnt have a modification for that).

    If i had a chance not to craft generator and live a few nights buying EU, i would.
    It would save my time and some of the resources.

    Please don't forget about other possibilities, as it is energy in item form.
    Like :
    Energy teleportation through teleporter = Powerup outposts or help an ally for any reason.
    A way to easily Transfer energy stored in energy blocks. [So you won't lose your energy stored anymore when wrenching?]
    Selling energy rather than UUM is better as players have more stuff to do with it. (Rather than only matter making)

    Right clicking, with wheat seeds in hand, on a crop with something growing already still uses up seeds.

    Happened in v1.95 also, upgraded to see if it was something that got fixed, but still happens in b.
    This should work like fertilizer/water, so it won't accept more.

    I only tested with wheat seeds, didn't try seed bags, or cane.

    -I should try going outside the farlands to help other survivors, but i'm afraid of spambots hacking capabilities. I'm not that good with computing.
    Well we can stay inside the farlands for years if wind/solar generators keeps working.
    Also we are safe against hacking here since ship's forcefield shield will protect the ship against magnetims, but it blocks incoming transmissions.

    ---WARNING! CLOAKING SYSTEMS DAMAGED!---

    - Computer, How did that happen?
    Our sensors detected a intense solar wave that damaged our cloaking system. Cloaking systems will take 21 days to repair, since we are running out of resources.

    ---WARNING! INCOMING SPAMBOT SWARM---

    - Oh shit, they found out my ship.
    - Computer, Fire all Laser Turrets (designed by me) at them!
    90% of Spambots were destroyed, 10% remaining are duplicating themselves.

    - Computer, Activate all propulsion engines, we are moving even deeper in the farlands!
    Propulsion engines activated, care is adviced as our Force Field Shield may require much more energy to handle even stronger magnetism.

    - Fine, but there is no other option for now.
    Ship is consuming more energy than we can produce to maintain Force Field Shields.
    - Computer, check how much energy we have remaining.
    15% of our storage systems are already depleted. It will last for a week.

    -Computer, Activate emergency CASUC Nuclear reactors!
    Nuclear reactors activated. Still not enough to provide enough energy to maintain Shields.
    Storage system will last 21 days now. We have enough Nuclear Fuel for 1 month at the moment.
    If Force Field Shield is deactivated almost everything inside the ship will stop working, since the magnetism would damage many electric systems.

    -Computer, how much time until the completion of space engines?
    It will take forever as we don't have enough resources and are using the remaining ones to repair the cloaking systems.
    We can't land due massive spambot concentration on the ground. We must keep flying. Moving outside the farlands is also not recommended as spambots may have anti-air missiles.
    I recommend you and your crew find a way to teleport outside of here, as ship might not survive.

    -Fine, i will send a message to minecraftia, it will consume 5% of the energy in the storage system as it needs enough power to go through the intense magnetism of farlands.
    -Computer, begin global-wide transmission!

    Hello there anyone that hears this, it's SpwnX who is talking.
    I have Built a new ship, Wind and Solar Powered (also nuclear, for emergency cases).
    Due Farlands strange magnetism, i couldn't waste energy to begin a transmisson until now.
    Spambots weren't able to move here due farlands intense magnetism damaging their systems.
    But it looks like they are improving their shields.

    My ship cloaking systems are damaged, my force field shield (against magnetic fields and some physical damage) is working at full strength.
    I will run out of energy in a few days, so i'm asking for valid teleportation coordinates. Thats probably my only way to get out of here.
    At the moment i will activate my Ice cooled reactor to provide energy to my teleportation system.
    If someone rescues me and my crew i will help that person against the spambots.

    I'm working in two things to help against the spambot swarm :
    The Wind Cosmic Generator, which uses cosmic winds to generate energy. (Useable only by space-ships);
    Nanobots, which are tiny, microbots programmed to infiltrate spambot systems and effectively disabling its functions.

    One last word before ending the transmission : Please use high-frequency transmission otherwise it may NOT get through farlands magnetism.

    What if player buys from another some machines , highly overclocked and want energy for that?

    anyway, trading energy is good for many purposes. [And with that you can "teleport" energy to far-away outposts (Teleporter + EM-X)]

    EM-0 was supposed to be a joke, so don't consider it. (Free energy condensing is too cheaty)

    Energy condensing is supposed to be not 100% efficient, similar to electrolizer.
    In my opinion electrolizer can be reworked to work this way and can use tin cells to store EM-X
    Discharging them in another energy condenser keeps cell, directly inside MFSU/MFE/Batbox maybe.

    A way to store UUM more efficiently.
    A way to increase number of UUM recipes , as you can use multiples of 4, 8 or 9 depending on block recipe.
    A way to add a purple fancy looking block.

    If you want it to be more industrial, compress 4, 8 or 9 UUM in a compressor for a UUM block.
    Compress 4, 8 or 9 UUM blocks for a Super Condensed UUM block [changes color to red or blue].

    Extreme Overengineering hits that better. :P Extreme overengineering ftw, as i like wandering into recipes and usage of items, and thinking ways to use mods i have to my advantage ^^. A small example is IC² + RP2 + Railcraft + atomicstryker advanced machines. [Discover by yourself]

    Now you suggest to remove energy net and lapatrons.

    With item that able to store 400k (25600000 per slot) with instant charge-discharge any other type of energy storage gone useless.

    These values were randomly tought, didnt think about it. (how about 10k, 20k , 30k, 40k , 50k ?)
    Devs can change it to any value they think its balanced anyway.

    My intention was a way to store energy outside storage boxes. Also a way to easily sell energy.
    Cables will still be necessary for all other things. As EM-X can only be used in storage boxes. [also it is not 100% efficient making them]
