You can replace buildcraft blueprints with schematica mod. Not that fair and interesting as BC, but still a nice thing to have.

I really would like to make a good ingame guide for GT, but as i wrote before, that take really a lot of time. Alone the multiblocks will likely take ~1hour each to make a book about if it should have at last wiki quality. That would be easily 15 hours work only for them. Another 10hour prior to code the base of such a book. And it should not stop there. A full ingame wiki for GT would be something like 150-200hours of work. I would code the base for that, but to fill it with content would have to be community work.

Speaking about documentation, Bloody, are you planning to return those nifty guide books for multiblocks? (and for some other things, like microwave oven)
I think, it's way better to have multi-blocks guides in book form, not as tooltips. They also have to be craftable.
Without mentioning mod-created books, (like TiCo, Thaumcraft, Botania etc) even vanilla books provides you more space to place all the information about mod. (and maybe also add some jokes) Further, books with pictures and animations would be fantastic. Don't get me wrong, but I think it can be an interesting experience in coding for you.
Overall, such thing would be a valuable addition to GregTech.

Major problem in 5.09.01: You cannot apply rubber sheets or rubber to copper wire and thus cannot make circuits. The only recipe to do so is in the assembler using molten rubber. For which you obviously need to have made circuits and generators, etc. a long time ago.

Fluid Recycler (can't accept water).
Two modes of work - giving scrap (bigger amount than normal recyler) or non-scrap mode, which is simmilar to void fluids.

Bloody, I dare to speak about meteoric iron again.
This time everything is less complicated.
I suggest adding meteoric iron as primal (and perhaps, + secondary) ore instead of pure nickel in nickel vein thus Ni might become a more complicated thing even after finding such vein.
This way, some changes should be applied to meteoric iron itself, because it's kind of useless thing (except if you have GC installed). Maybe ability to turn meteoric iron into normal one via electrolyzing?

Speaking about electric autocrafter, it would be interesting to have some early game assembler which is capable of crafting BBF and other steam stuff instead of crafting it by hand.

According to my applied Thaumaturgy experiments, you need a normal (!sic) node with 225 of each aspect (>15 CV/t) when energized to fully feed the EV Energy Absorber. (2048eu/t)

Centrifuge doesn't accept hydrogen for processing and because of that he can't proceed building reactor (fusion, I guess). Also no craft for annealed copper.
