yeah there was, but only one EU per 40 blocks total. and .5 or bigger was rounded up, meaning that you could transfer power without loss for up to 19 blocks.

    EDIT:
The percentages in the poll vote results don't make sense, added together you get about 150%.

    EDIT AGAIN:

Nope, it stores fries :D :P :D And can actually be used as a chemical single use battery for electricity, possible IRL, and with a mod, but I forgot the name, maybe it was just TE flux potato But then, that means that, in addition to iron, copper, tin, silver and gold, the potato is a natural bridge between RF and electricity :D

Thin air can conduct electricity, too :D

So, the worst thing you lost was keda roasted chicken, right ;) :P :D , and how did you used a glitch for getting super enchants ? But my biggest question is, can't you craft thing with high vis cost with vis reduction amor ?`

EDIT : And it's Keda Fried Chicken ( KFC ) not Keda Roasted Chicken ;P

He already uses vis reduction armour, void armour gives reduction, too(though goggles of revealing might give more than the hood does).

and maybe having the upgrades in your inventory, so the suit on itself only has usual armor and a force field, and you have to add (like a circuit and some pipes for transporting whatever resources it needs, and maybe some cables so it can automatically fill itself up from stuff in the inventory), and then you have to carry fancy upgrades in your inventory to have quicker health gen, and maybe night vision, portable energy generators and stuff like that, the in the inventory-thingy just to give it the challenge of somehow having to manage your inventory with many upgrades. so you have
    - the suit on, providing shield and some energy storage,
    - upgraded with an "upgrade hatch" or something like that, the thing to allow upgrading i mentioned before,
    - a PMU(Portable Medic Unit),
    - a health monitor(to kick in faster regeneration and antidote-stuff automatically),
    - a RTG providing a small(small)amount of power all the time, consuming a small(small) amount of radioactive material per(add time unit here),
    - a energetic faraday cage(we have mysterious purple goo which can e made into almost anything, so don't complain),
    - a portable tesla coil(hovering outside of the faraday cage),
    - some kind entity radar(infrared vision, might also grant night vision?)
    - some kind of extra energy storage
    - anything else i didn't think of

That would make the inventory quite full, which i think is quite realistic(though you might have some slots in the armour itself, but only a few, because only so much fits), adding a new kind of challenge, and a really cool suit. Of course, there would have to be plenty of upgrades for this to work out.

Also slowly recharge your health given there is power (and materials) to do so.

UU matter provides large amounts of regen, so maybe there could be a way to add it to the suit to circulate around you to speed up natural regen.

and with some circuit-thingy-upgrade, you can toggle it, so it doesn't constantly consume UU.

"a bit". it changes world generation, so that ores spawn completely differently(one HUGE vein per 3*3 chunks), and with the right configs set to true, it makes many vanilla recipes harder, too(wood logs only leading 2 planks, 2planks only yielding 2 sticks, iron tools requiring plates, stuff like that), and has ~45 machines, with 5 different versions each. GregTech can do more than most mods, but you need immense amounts of time.

That sounds interesting, but it couldn't just heal for energy(oh well.. if you put a massfab/matterfab in the recipe it could), but maybe it could consume healing potions, but more effective than simply drinking them, at the cost of energy?

And if i recall correctly, there is already a nanosuit as a weakened quantum suit(and, if i recall correctly again, a crafting component of the quantum suit) in vanilla IC².

there is a block called "miner", which automines for EU, so that suggestion is kind of pointless, but as an early-game alternative for it(if i recall correctly, the miner is quite cheap, so it would be an very early-game alternative).

I'm apparently not up to date.. i know what i'll do now.

    EDIT:

So, Mine_Sasha, you say you don't want to reveal your gender, and less than an our later, you do it where many people will see it(catually everyone would, if they had looked).

seems a bit unbalanced indeed.. but i would probably increase the amount for iridium. and i would suggest to put this in the suggestion subforum, for anyone with the power to move threads.

It would have to be veeeery slow though, or very end-game(which wouldn't make any sense), because it can make ores from stuff like dirt and cobble. Anything with a at least semi-decent speed would be OP as such a simple device. One could make a high-tech variant using good amounts of power and being very expensive, though. like, not as energy consuming and expensive as massfab and replicator and this whole stuff, but a good deal slower (maybe using a OD/OV scanner?).

Ex. Add some cheap GT random drops from fishing

I don't know what you mean with "cheap", but it couldn't be anything not easily obtainable from other sources, or it would be quite a balance change if you add other
mods(and greg obviously encourages to use other mods as well, or he
wouldn't have so much compatibility code), because there are several
ways of automating it, for example with thaumcraft.

    this page disagrees
    no validation here, though.
    take a look at it.

    I do not know why
    i used a haiku here
    but i did.

    This post is random.
It is very out of context.
    completely random.

    i put this here only
    because a haiku must be
    in the haiku thread

    five haikus, one post.
that is a record, i think.
    i didn't check it.

    THIS IS AN EDIT
    HAIKUS DON'T ALWAYS MAKE SENSE
    THE MUN EXPLODED:

    i noticed that,
    since almost a month, there
    are only two posters.

    now it's 8 haikus.
    that's surely a record.
    I'm just amazed.

yay! my first mission to the mun! it went well until the lander exploded! though i already isolated the problem(the base wasn't broad enough and it was to high), and noticed that i had forgotten the coms device.. though that's how KSP works for me. I do something, notice i forgot something, revert the flight, then something explodes, and i revert, and in the end i spent 3 hours on a 30 minutes mission. The game is just great.

    completely random.

    EDIT:
~25 launches due to silly mistakes, glitches, the goddamn dark night on the mun, and design flaws later: I am just to tired. i will fail until i got some sleep. so i'll just do random stuff in the internet now. also, it is funny that the e-mail reminding me of a new post in thsi thread is named "noreply". although i now this is just supposed to tell people not to reply to this email, it is still funny.

EDIT II.:S(why does it show me a smiley here, i wrote a "s")o, i finally managed to bring the craft to the mun, and back too, and i just needed to revert ~30 times! yeah.. and i forgot to take screenshots.

EDIT III.: So, i wanted to go to minmus. the maneuver node told me i there would be an encounter. there wasn't. so i ended up in an orbit around the sun with all the fuelfor landing, returning and such stuff. it took 4 years to get back, but i managed! and i had fuel left. i'm probably the only person to aerobreak at kerbin.

EDIT IV.: Next attempt: the same result. though i actually get interplanetary space science this time.

some time later: i just completely missed that i had to change my plane to get to minmus. now i have jebediah, bob and some other scientist guy on a craft on the surface of minmus at a 90 degree angle. great. they'll probably be rescued in a while. probably they'll even tuch kerbin ground before the guys from the second attempt( ten years interplanetary space cough cough). I think I'll launch an infrared telescope first, though.

for the multiblock machines: maybe adding tiered grinding heads/compressing pistons?engines?/ihavenoideawhattheextractoruses/heating coils to be able to process different stuff. like, yoou have a flint grinding head, for stuff like bonemeal and blazerods, an iron one for some ores, and a diamond one for everything/ most things and an iridium one for everything(or you make the different heads with different efficiencies and speeds, because no oredoubling for everything util you've got diamonds will scare of people again, i think). for the compressor: maybe an ironstone one for basic stuff, and a steel one for everything. for the extractor, maybe whateverituses in different tiers for different efficiency? and for the induction furnace wuld use different heating coils for different processing speeds and energy efficiencies. that's just what i thought of right now, so it might have to e balanced, but it would make sense.

I think something like that has already been suggested a few(~1000) times, and coal dust as pollution? that would be OP. CO2 as a gas, which could be processed into coal/carbon dust and oxygen would be a lot better. i think. that's greg's job to decide.

And, as we know, gregtech is the probably most complicated mod in existence.

Terrafirmacraft is pretty hard too, especially since it changes how you start the game much more than Gregtech does.

I don't know much about terrafirmacraft, but i doubt it adds high-tech stuff in 4 or 5 tiers, so GT is most likely more complicated.
