    Personally I think this is a pretty good idea as a concept.


    However, in application I think it would add to the problem of people making a mad dash for UU-Matter farming. I think it would motivate people even more to make huge solar farms just for UU production.

    I stand corrected! Still, I have a hard time finding a genuine use for 15 seconds per uu matter or one ore per tick furnaces. For example, for the furnace thing, it is probably more efficient to just set up more furnaces compared to overclocking them like mad.

    correct, multiple furnaces is more efficient then one fully overclocked furnace..


    i currently use about 20 furnaces (if i counted right) each one gets fed an diferent ore dust. so no clocking up in my system, its all dedicated to one single ore.. coal i mine gets auto converted into raw power using an massive standard generator room. i have about 35 normal gens in there (just to burn up all that unwanted coal)


    so yea, its beter to go massive size then to go smal size, it saves alot of power from overclocking like madness

    iridium machine blocks... hmmm, could also open up IC to the elusive tier 4 technology, at an extreme cost thou :P

    8 iridium blocks surounding an lapatron crytal (charged) makes an ZPM.

    how about the addition of Gardening Shoes? made from 2 Wooden Hoes and Rubber boots, like this: :Bronze Hoe: :Rubber Boots: :Bronze Hoe: . these would prevent the trampling of crops while your wearing them. Maybe even have a Toggled "plow mode" that would create crop blocks where ever you walk perhaps?

    the plow mode goes overpowered. only the anti trampling should be decent

    - Fully overclocked (1 tick of process time per item) machines, peticularly in an auto sorting and processing system
    - A BC laser assembly table and power hub for BC machines (via a IC to BC power mod/addon and teleport pipes)
    - A cluster of mass fabricators for usable UU Matter stock.
    - An array of terraformers

    hehe indeed ;) just consuming alot of power. lost track of all machines i have everywhere :D

    i found out an way to duplicate an plant, use the + setup with the origional plant in the middel and crossbreeding sticks around it. it worked for me some times now. (usualy an lesser plant wil get created of the same breed. and sometimes an higher tier plant) it takes time, alot of time to achieve an duplication.

    i kinda dont use SUC designs, i usualy tend more to go CASUC (continuasly aplied singel use coolants) rather then one go (single use coolant)


    i generate about 1820 EU/tick, one cycle fills my energy storage 90%.. calculate how many MFSU's that is. (i consume all that power in less then 4 hours using an mass fab lab.


    if i use my ore process lab, i consume an avarage of 50mil EU for one inventory of ore. thats everything overclocked to the max and energy storage to the max. it all runs on EV. fed to it by 10 HV transformers. so, 10*2000 EU. gives me 200k of EU to consume every tick.

    edit: coming to think of it. it might be an good plan to ask the developer of this mod to be allowed to implement this.


    not in these extreme forms, but just small branches and motherloads. next to the normal configuration of ore spawning. it might be an nice surprise to find one of those in an mining expedition.

    I mentioned this Idea to Al in the hopes that a customizable enchant system is feesable with both Forge and MC modding... Idk if Alba has seen this thread as of yet, but it seems this would be the primary core for which to base the Nano tech around. Thaumcraft has already demonstrated the proof of concept with a modded enchant system, and as such, helps validate this as a great idea to place within the game...

    thanks for the info, so it is posible to implement this idea? maybe start it off with an addon version before actualy implementing? any coders here? :D
