Second design looks ok, but some numbers are wrong. First thing is, heat will never make it to the hull (only 1 point each second from depleted cell). Then if you try to mess with starting hull temperatures, components will also gain heat. As far as i know, hull platings and coolant cells can't interact with hull heat, so components should stay cool and overall excess hull heat should be 0 (+1 for depleted cell, -1 for external cooling), which means it should never cool down, since re-enriched cell are still producing 1 heat every second.

I've read your post and all i see is that "HC" breeders are messing with planner a lot. I noticed little mistake with this one's external cooling balance:

Id like to point out that the reactor at the top of this page that i posted is better in most (not sure why effective EU is so low) ways of the current Mk 5's
Your effective EU is so low because your reactor produces extreme amounts of heat and is not able to cool properly, since there are very few coolant cell inside. If you increase number of coolant cells and mess with placement a little, you will get much better results.

the post says wheat and melon to get cocoa i havent gotten it yet tho still my thought is that stick reeds can be made thru 3 different breeding's, ive found 2 reeds a rose and a dandelion and wheat and grrrr come to think of it i forget what i combined the wheat with to get it, but theres different methods to get it and thru trial and error ive found imo crossing reeds has the highest chance of spawning one. but i still like knowing the other combos i wonder what your thoughts are of adding something for that in the main post listing the most common breeding methods people, find plus some less known ones. personal i like doin melon\reeds and i seem to get a wide variety from the one combonation when starting new but maybe other people have other ideas i look forward to finding out your response.
Ok, I've had very hard time reding this, and im not completely sure what are you trying to say. If you want me to add some "recipes" for plants, go on. But do it like this:
Plant 1 + Plant 2 = Plant 3
and i will add it. Maybe I'll create special section for it. -
Wow, nice. I have never seen this before. You probably need productive egg farm if your reactors tend to overheat.

Problem is your "breeder" has very high cooling. Go find some regular breeder design on this forum and use that one.

I think it would be cool if we had to place a RStorch underneath the Fieldblock, oder maybe power the field through a repeater to let it reach its last stage
But maybe you have to do that.

I've had wind generators mysteriously stop producing power. The only "fix" I found was to dismount them all then reattach them and they then start producing power. It can be annoying and is one reason I use the 100% wrench add-on. It can also be dangerous if using them to power a Forestry electric motor to drive a BuildCraft pump to supply cooling water to a bank of BuildCraft combustion engines.
Do splitter cables work ? It would be very easy to reset windmills then.

Weeds can appear on cross-breeders as well as empty crop-sticks. I believe that Alblaka has stated "Weeds can be the result of any crossing."I wrote that thing in my thread. I see now that it's wrong, as weed is not actually result of crossing, it just appears on empty cropsticks. But if its GGR is afected by nearby plants, it can be "result of crossing" imo.
