It's not much, but it's still improvement.
What bothers me is that there is no method to see if something is hydrated/fertilized.
I would like to setup an automated fertilizer/hydrater using redpower. But actually this doesn't really work. Maybe it should be a little bit more comfortable, since Aggriculture at it's actual design does primarly one thing, it keeps you from doing anything else

Do you use Iron BLOCK or Iron ORE ? Iron ore should work. Also you need to keed good conditions for the plant to grow, it has to be fertilized, hydrated and maybe it even needs a bit of air around.

Hmm... this would work. But since overclockers are so incredible strong, it won't make much difference and it would be hard for the advanced machines to surpass the ability of the overclockers.
So if there might be a second look upon upgrading machines I don't see a reason to use extra machines if overclockers do the same and allow more flexibility. Concept of modular machinery is far superior to just have advanced versions of machines, if they only do things faster. That is also true for the induction-furnace somehow, but since it is already there, there is no need to remove it and maybe some later high-tech-products could only be made inside an induction furnace (since it allows more precise and controlled heating maybe).
Induction furnance is special, since it provides multiple times faster processing and ~same EU cost compared to Electric furnance. This cannot be achieved using upgrades now. I was thinking about making upgrades non-stackable and tiered (2-3 tiers), so advanced machines will actually be used later in game, when player has enough resources to invest in more advanced machinery. To make player even cosider upgrading to advanced machines, their efficiency has to be increased like with Induction furnance. Also advanced machine recipe can be made of Basic machine + all its upgrades + something more.
Another idea is to make even advanced machines upgradeable. And when upgrades are not stackable, most rational way of advancing would be: Basic machine -> Upgraded Basic machine -> Advanced machine -> Upgraded advanced machine. Making it impossible to use Tier 2 upgrade on Basic machine (and Tier 1 upgrade on Advanced ones) will help to not skip third step in this case.
Display MoreWell if I look at the advanced machines and the Induction Furnace I clearly see some differences. The Induction-Furnace is more then just an advanced version of the electric-furnace. Oh and I'm fine with the solar-arrays, since they don't make them much different. Paying with Transformers for the reduced space is fine.
If the advanced macerator would be more then just a faster version consuming more power the situation would be different. But if you want a faster version of the macerator put overclockers inside. Even with an advanced macerator doing just this, why should I even craft it if the overclockers are so incredible cheap?
There are two scenarios:
1. Overclockers are weaker than advanced machines, no one would use overclockers.
2. Overclockers are stronger than advanced machines, everyone would use overclockers.
The induction-furnace is an overall improvement to the electric furnace and I guess if he would have means to construct a modular system turning e-furnaces into induction-furnaces he might use it, but I guess it's quite hard to achieve, so he goes with two machines. But for just making things faster it seems kind of a waste to use new machines.
And what if overclockers provide earlygame buff, while advanced machines provide more lategame buff.
And how about overclockers and other machine upgrades ? You can make your own advanced machine now.
Problem with your first reactor is that it is very inefficient. If you want to keep relatively high output, i suggest one of theese designs :

Last one has only 84.87 eff EU/t, but is most effective of all 3. So if you prefer high output, it's probably the best for you to choose one of the first two reactors.
Your second reactor is better, but requires 2 ice block every 5 seconds to not melt. If you can provide enough ice, it's powerful and efficient reactor. I suggest to never leave "solo" U-cells in your design.

After 9 minutes it needs 28 minutes to cool down, which drastically reduces effective output. Without redstone wring, effective output is reduced even more.

Why not 
AFAIK you need to reach certain conditions for each plant to even be able to plant it. Fertilize cropsticks before planting, also apply some hydration. Hydration is a bit tricky now, since you can reverse its effect by overhydrating plant. Just give it one click with fertilizer and one click with Hydration cell and try to plant it then. It cannot be planted at night, i think.
Not 100% sure about all this, but it might help.
Edit: When I can't plant cocoa, I hold right mouse button a few seconds and sometimes it works. 
If not, i'll just plant it on other block.
So far, nothing can beat how expensive the nuclear reactor is.
Qsuit ? Pretty expensive too IMO.
the creation via crafting table would be a lot more simpler and cheaper than creating the nuclear reactor block
Well that highly depends on items used to craft one. (we got a lot of really expensive stuff to craft from)
Well your proposed Battery does 4m EU total before it gets depleted. Each uranium cell provides 20m EU with 1.0 efficiency. (At least if my math is right, each second has 20 ticks x 20000 secs (5.5hrs) x 10 EU/T = 4m.
So 4 uranium cells would be 80m eu while the battery discharges only 4m, im in for low efficiency, but this may be a little too much.
