I still think you should add a Random Heat spike to make use of the Temperature Sensor :p Perhaps a config?
Who knows =) Mostly depends of amount of time I can spend on NC coding. I solved most of time-consuming RL tasks and hopefully can spend time to code NC soon.
Advanced panels seem to cause a black flickering effect when Optifine is installed. The normal panels work, but when any advanced panel is withing viewing distance, the screen flickers black constantly.

Did you ever track down the problem that causes the text to get stuck/stop updating? I'm playing a FTB pack (Lite with your mod from the DW20 pack if that makes sense) and the info panels are mostly unusable for me because of this. I placed a single panel near my reactor panels with a time card just to make sure the info is correct, because all info panels stop working at once. It freezes so often that it started a little joke between my brothers "Oh look time stopped". This also occurs in the default DW20 packs as well. This is SSP.
I can force them to start updating again by running far away [to manually check the reactors] and coming back to base or breaking them and reconfiguring the colors.
If you have fixed it, will the updated version work with 1.4.7 client?
I'm not sure, but I hope it fixed in the version for MC 1.5+ (I found world leaks in my code for panels). But this change was a part of global rework of the panels to add advanced panels.
I have no plans to backport this change to 1.4.7.

indeed 1.5.2 working just fine. I have only one issue with the energy kit on the MFSU & MFE, with build 311. I can't insert the kit into them.
If I rightclick the MFSU with the energy kit it just opens the interface of the MSFU, and it doesn't insert the kit. with the Redstone Cell of TE there is no problem.
Do you use version 1.5.1c of the Nuclear Control?

Nope. Text card wasn't changed and should be available.
Hey Shedar, the liquid sensor doesn't work porperly with TE portable tanks. Instead of measuring the whole column, it just measures the tank that the kit was used on.
I use Forge API for liquid containers to get data. So if TE has multiple connected containers, not a big one, then my card reports what it should. I can add TE specific code to measure whole column, but not in the near future.

Every time I have a report about orientation/settings sync issues I see a bukkit or MCPC+ with multiple dimesions and machines in custom dimensions.

I guess you use MCPC plus on server.
If so, then issue is related to behaviour of IC2 API with bukkit world IDs. And can't be fixed by me without major rewrite of my code to remove IC2 network code usage.

I have few questions about Nuclear Control possible features:
1. Make possible to reset Energy Counter with RS signal.
2. Use of Range Trigger on E.C.
(example of use 1+2 - Monitor ARS-EMP[EC] and signalize "charge" when it reach 1 000 000EU[RT] reset[EC] and all again...)
3. Array Location Card for Average Counters.
4. Maybe stupid question but can Range Trigger work also backwards then its stated in OP(Starts at lower value and stops at higher)?

Energy sensor kit don't work for me either. I was bit surprised no1 noticed such bug. Basically it just open GUI[right click with E.S.kit in hand] on MFSU/MFU/batbox and don't create card. I tried different versions of IC2/forge but with no luck.
It's weird. Looks like broken right-click behaviour. But I don't know how it's possible.
What other mods do you have (especially base and core mods)? Can you try it on clean MC instance without any other mods, just Forge+IC2+Nuclear Control?
Version 1.5.1b is kind of broken. Energy sensor kits don't work, and remote sensor kits don't show the time remaining on the reactor correctly.

You can do it if you can give your configs/sounds to your friends. Downloading of sounds from server is in my ToDo list but with low priority.
1. save your file as alarm-something.ogg in .minecraft\resources\newsound\ic2nuclearControl folder
2. add "something" to allowedAlarms list in the IC2NuclearControl.cfg
If player will not have sound file or it will not be allowed - he will hear default one (at least i think so, haven't tested it for a long time).
