Did you ever track down the problem that causes the text to get stuck/stop updating? I'm playing a FTB pack (Lite with your mod from the DW20 pack if that makes sense) and the info panels are mostly unusable for me because of this. I placed a single panel near my reactor panels with a time card just to make sure the info is correct, because all info panels stop working at once. It freezes so often that it started a little joke between my brothers "Oh look time stopped". This also occurs in the default DW20 packs as well. This is SSP.
I can force them to start updating again by running far away [to manually check the reactors] and coming back to base or breaking them and reconfiguring the colors.
If you have fixed it, will the updated version work with 1.4.7 client?

I'm not sure, but I hope it fixed in the version for MC 1.5+ (I found world leaks in my code for panels). But this change was a part of global rework of the panels to add advanced panels.
I have no plans to backport this change to 1.4.7.
Shedar, Thank you very much for this mod. It is very useful. By the way build "D" to 1.5.1 version works fully on 1.5.2 minecraft version. (IC2-1.115.340-lf)
P.S. I would be very grateful if someone would send me MC Forge 7.8.0.688 or highest version. Forge forum does not works.

Advanced panels seem to cause a black flickering effect when Optifine is installed. The normal panels work, but when any advanced panel is withing viewing distance, the screen flickers black constantly.

Who knows =) Mostly depends of amount of time I can spend on NC coding. I solved most of time-consuming RL tasks and hopefully can spend time to code NC soon.

I have tested both IC2NuclearControl-1.5.1c and IC2NuclearControl-1.5.1d

Shedar, you should use the vanilla (+ a bit of Forge) Network Code to initially Sync your Machines. It takes an own Packet and Connection Handler (which you probaly already have), but it is very simple to just put the Update Packet into the getDescriptionPacket Function of the TileEntity.

Another additional alarm sounds, maked by myself in FL Studio.
There 2 files, one with echo effect and another is without it.
Advanced Info Panels don't connect to extenders in either 1.5.1c or 1.5.1d.
