That's kindof the way (all blocks outputting)I suggested it at first, but then you have 2 issues:
1) It could be used as a wireless cable
2) It's a bit more laggy than just one block outputting and the others just increasing an internal variable.
Also, the point of the LESU was to be "cheap", as Lapis wasn't that used in IC².

Add others features to buff it (like MicroWave emitters upgrade, which I suggested, which would be a low-losses (10-20%), Wireless energy transmission for VERY close machines, like to power your base without caring about cables).

I know that. Its power gen is not that low too, btw. One gram of plutonium-238 generates approximately 0.5 watts of power.
Thats 10 J/t = 0.25 EU/t per gram of Pu, if you consider 100% eff, reduce that to about 50%... 0,125 EU/t per gram
Well, as you mentionned it, Nuclear Reactor also provides way more than that ... the power of the last EPR french firms made is ...1 400 000 000 W. So assuming this is about 2 000 EU/t, aka what I hope the new reactors will be able to generate as MkI, given they are going to be much more expensive, ... and given the efficiency you have to consider isn't 50% (which is more than the about 30% of Nuclear Powerplants without cogeneration) but 3%.
So 1 EU/t with a much longer duration seems correct for one Pu cells to me ^^.
Well, we know it's not realy used. But why REMOVING IT ? If we want a slot more, adding one more isn't a big deal you know ?
You use it when you have no cables (I ran all my machines on it, on MC 1.3, because I didn't know about cables ^^). And it's useful to discharge a battery for a craft ^^.
Uranium quickly depletes on a fission reactor because U is forcely broken into smaller particles, compared to natural radiation/heat from plutonium, americium and strontium. RTGs are meant to be a stable life-worth powersource.
Of course. But radioactive decays also provide WAY LESS energy than fission. So it last way longer, but in the end it's like 20 time less efficient for the same Fuel. It's just cheaper, and easier to bring anywhere (ex: some electric thingies for space stuff are powered with those Radioactive Battery).
Infinite duration ? I agree that it should last a long time, but given that Ura in Nuclear Reactor lasts only 2h45, I don't think it should be infinite, ESPECIALLY ASSUMING THESE TYPES OF GENERATORS ARE EXTREMLY UNEFFICIENT (less than 10% of a Nuclear Powerplant efficiency). So if you really want it infinite, take Thorium, but makes it generate 0.02 EU/t 
Thinking about the E-net system ... deleting packets (aka Amperage) won't change anything BUT prevent you from transfering HV with MV cables, MV with LV etc ... aka deleting exploits and annoying you a bit with Machines net ^^.
And I use Sapphire dusts mainly as a Scrap sources, Diamond Dusts and Thorium Dusts as well when I've a shortage ^^.

Also there are other exponential fun tions besides just the one you described. Their only difference is the rate of increase but they are all exponential
Expanding scrap production ? To me anything (but Vanilla) that products illimited scrap should be on the blacklist as well.

A function f, that for each "a" and "y" will do f(X+a)=f(X)*y.
The new Enet is even more performant. All the work is now done by the Net itself instead of by the Modder who implemented the Output. Too bad he didnt add Amperage.
What ? Amperage wasn't really useful. It was just used to exploit net mechanics in order to avoid losses. Amperage was EU/t, but IRL Voltage doesn't cause cable to blow up lol.

Once I habe half decent uu production up expansion gets exponential an doing from 1 to 100 uu will be about as fast as from 100 to 1000. It's exactly the same as with old EE2
With GT, no Scraps from cobble and nothing OPier than IC² Miner/RC Tunnel Bore for mining ? I highly doubt it. Not to mention that what you describe isn't exponential. Exponential would be 1 to 10 = same time than 10 to 100 or 100 to 1000.

Yup, but you can make a cheap MB structure that just increase a number (its size) which makes a tiny input of water. Then add a *2 multiplicator for Thunderstorms, and some bonus in River Biomes (like a part of the tank is in a river biome = + 2000 mB/t) or jungle [tropical climate].
Why isn't there the answer "both biome dependant and with rainwater collection + tank" ?
I suggested that to IC² already, one years ago. It was called "LESU". And got implemented months later, in GregTech

If you want to control your reactor a bit better, try Nuclear Control, an addon you can find in the addon section of this forum.
And before suggesting stuff concerning the E-net, wait the experimental version is fully updated, because it's kinda huge and you may not need Transformers that way anymore ...
