I found that a happy change. And you have so much Apatite that you shouldn't really complain, it's still completly OP. Really, I like Forestry, especially for the Bees/Trees part (without ExtraB&T though), but I hate how OP it is, for the Ethanol should be worth 30 000 EU and the Farms should cost a lot more, especially consumes a lot of stuff more.

I think disabling every metal smelting and replacing it with Bloomery (made with lots of bricks or hardened clay, consumes tons of Coal) for Iron/Cu/Sn and BF for the rest would be fine

I'd suggest the exact contrary, as a nerf, because higher tier involves higher EU-generation, or at least SHOULD involve (way) higher EU-generation. Higher tier = more power for far greater cost.

Assuming no leaks ^^. But in GT, you would collect it or get small energy loops (small in percentages, but 5% of 511Mev*6.02*10^23 per grams is already a lot ^^) from Particle Accelerators/Colliders. That'd be a fun "after Fusion" IMO.

and if you want to get technical there comes a point where insulation is pointless, you just have to stay away. RL the high voltage power lines aren't insulated at all, just held away from everything, 11-12 ft IIRC.

though to throw a monkey wrench into that, you can use insanely high voltages with small wires, you just can't have high amperage, Tazers use very thin wires with voltages in the 10kV range but they don't melt the wires because the amperage is like .05 or so.

RL. You mentionned it. If you really want RL stuff, you'd have to include L (not sure of the words represented by this letters in english, it's counted in H (Henry or Henri, don't remember as well ^^) and is the main characteristic of Coils) and then you'd have C [capacity] as well for Condensators ... And then, RLC Circuits as timer xD

Those are ridiculous in Cables, but not in machines.
