Use the METRIC SYSTEM, because most minecraftlers are not even knowing about that measurementsystem you are using, and even if you said that it's IRL then you should use metric System too, because it's the Minecraftmeasurementsystem.
will do, for the most part we use English Standard measurement so it's kind of just habit, i forgot that like 70% of the world uses metric lol. so... it shoots roughly 12 meters in real life. i'd prefer the IC2 Version shoot 20 feet accurately like a Mining Laser, OR shoot as far as an arrow. both would be fine with me.

Just a question: ARE THESE GODDAMN OCELOTS FOLLOWING ME TOGETHER WITH THESE WOLVES!?! i thought these cats were shy but they are teleporting around me like tamed Wolves and these untamed Wolves are teleporting too. I found that bug on the seed 123456 where i'm spawning next to the Jungle (only 5m away).
if you have a fish on you then they will slowly follow you, also Ocelots will naturally breed in the wild, and if you are close enough to when the baby is born then it can be as a Tamed Ocelot, but if you feed it a fish then it will change to a Cat. also supposibly cats are supposed to be afraid of dogs but i have never seen a cat run from a wolf.

good. i usually grow all my trees manually anyways, specially in the jungles. you'll see that soon enough though, i think i may work on develpoing my city over the jungle today.

ya i know. well im using and i was talking about this one. Petrol lighter (i would say thats its called like that.)i could see a VERY easy and usefull recipie for that, 1 wool (sheep), 1 steel and flint (coalball), and 1fuel can (fuel).
and there you have it, a 1,000 use lighter? lol -

how you would imagine electricity to creat fire without gas or fuel source like lighters do? thats what i think what it should be. Lighter with fuels enough of electricity. its chance for fuels to come up for a while Whose with me?well they have Electrical ignition lighters where you push down on a button really hard and it shoots a tiny bolt of lightning to the gas outlet and that lights the flame. but why not use a battery to amplify that effect and just light some leaves with a tiny lightning bolt. OR you could have a tiny copper coil around a small battery similar to a car's Cigerette lighter. i have done this before once in real life with a small copper wire and a 9volt battery, it deffinately starts fires... or the battery explodes if you use to thick of a copper wire because it just drains the battery to quickly and it heats up, lol. but electirc lighters are very possible in real life
Butane Lighters are just alot cheaper and are alittle more enviromental friendly. -

yes but please don't break Wheaton's Law on Forums, and not all countries have Freedom of Speech. Secondly: i was merely stating that mine is more effecient, yours uses 6 cells to make 28million, mine used 4 cells to make 24 million. and initial price of a start up is pretty minimal, specially since after 2 cycles my set up would produce enough extra power to refund a significant amount of the materials via UUM. also if you use 2 of my reactor set-up's side by since then they last for just under 6 hours and have 0 cooldown time. slightly more expensive with my initial start up but significantly more efficient and productive in the long run. also wish the extra several million EUs you get from my setup you can power 2 compressors to feed ice and make this a CASUC Reactor and then mine has 0 cooldown and still profits more in the long run. believe me, i used your set-up for alittle while until i discovered the greatness of the one i use now. it gives slightly less EU/t but it's better in the long run.
p.s. with your set-up your waisting about 50 million EUs per 32 cells. just trying to help ya out.
And its more powerful for a good reason. What if we only had the normal generator? That would suck. See above this on balancing with other forms of power.
he was being sarcastic, lol... i think :pand using a plain generator wouldn;t be all that bad, it would just require a massive biofuel facility and mob Grinder pumping out Super-Bio-Fuel tanks for the generators :p
NOW, back to the OP: i'm sorry but your points are irrelavent, your dicusion about the topic has gone no where, you need to show/prove to use as to why you feel the reactors are overpowered, even if it's something like: "yeah this reactor stuff is capale of producing to much because this generator only uses this much maerials and can be fully automated and (insert more useless banter here)". at that point you might give us a reason to believe that your idea should be implimented. that method is ALOT more effective then "hey guys! this shits broke, i want it to be more difficult, why do you ask? this is why!!! (holds up a larger stick and points it at us)"

Latest RailCraft now allows cart linking, just rightclick with crowbar. Had a quick stab at it and managed to get a steamcart to pull an empty one round a loop for a while, and linked 3 empties together to push manually with no problems. Haven't tested linked carts on powered/rc rails yet, but it's progress!
interesting, let me know how it goes and anything that is really unique, i might consider adding it to my client to check it out. -
the only think i don't like about the muchroom growing on mushroom thing is that it turns the muchrooms into dirt/mycllieem, the situation here is that is would be turning leaves and trees into dirt and them planting trees on that, i don;t know how much i can;t about turning leaves into dirt cause that all your going to have is a massive cluster and "Sponge" like biome of dirt with holes all in it from bushes growing on the edges of bushes and other trees. not if you could alter the code and make it so sapling can be terroformerd onto dirt and Log Blocks nly then it would work perfect. and potentially create some 128+ tall Redwood trees.

lol, back before it was illegal in the USA me and my dad would take an old Telephone hand crank and electricute a pond, this would stun the fish or kill the ones really close to the electrical leads, we would then go in and use a net to scoop the fish off the surface.... we were to impatient to actually fish back then
now we use that generator to softly electricute worms in the ground in a flowerbed to draw them to the surface, and then take those earthworms to go fishing -
(Snoochys variant) This is a new block, that you can put on a reactor instead of a new Hullpar to make it 5-10% more effective/cooling as a normal one without and has no additional Storage like the normal Hullpart.
lol, that was my idea, it should be an Attachment, not an internal component, and it needed heat dispensers to dispense heat from the reactor into the water it has stored, this is basically a Water Version of a Geothermal generator that can only be attached to a Nuclear Reactor or Reactor Chamber. it would cool the Reactor while it's running and has sufficient water inside the turbine. how about for every 1,000 Heat in the reactor it drains off 2 heat per second and produces 1 EU/t (20 EUs per second). so if your running a reactor at 8,000 Heat then each Steam Turbine attached would extract 16 heat and generate 8eu/t. so if you attached, let's say 8 of these onto a Breeder Reactor at 8,000. then these turbines alone would drain 128 heat per second, and generate a total of +64eu/t on the Reactor. also keep in mind my recipie is very expensive compared to most generators. i'll do the calculations now, and here you have it, the basic materials PER steam turbine would be..8 tin, 30 copper,6 glowstone, 6 lapis, 16 redstone, 6 rubber, 18 refined iron, 9 bronze. and a few minor components i failed to mention valued at probly like 3 refined iron.
a geothermal generates 10eu/t constantly and is only..
4tin, 10 refined iron, and 4 glass.

Electric lighter sounds good.
as for the Electric Fishing Pole, there already is one in the Pending Addon's Forum, it allows you to catch like 4 fish at once and uses electricity. the recipie is a teslacoil, a magnatizer, a cicuit, and 2 string.

if for real i never even tried to build with CF Sprayer. i should try
i know its cool looking and you can color it once you get the hang of it, it is very easy and fun to build with. i used it to build a 3 story castle that was surrounded by a mote of lava, the only way to get in was to leap with Quantum legs and boots through a window on the second floor. the first floor was my Enemy slaying grounds for EXP, and the third floor was my factory and production. second floor was plants and bedrooms. all walls were 2 thick that way i could paint the inside and outside different collors, the outside was green with trees up against it as camoflauge, and the inside was painted like something out of the movie Tron Legacy.
