Yeah, over here it wont drown in the dozen posts a day like on the GT6 Thread. People wouldnt have been able to see it that way.
-
Yeah its java.util.List
better blacklist all the com.sun.* stuff from automatic imports in your IDE
-
Looks like a nice Mini Tutorial.

http://bearsden.overminddl1.com here are some, note that also a few GT5 Packs are amoung that list
-
Uhhm whatever you are playing is GregTech-5-UNOFFICIAL and not my GregTech. And most Modpacks change the Recipes to be even worse than whatever GT5U has to offer.
GregTech 6 is in most of your regards way better than 5 and actually makes more sense, despite being a little bit incomplete (but I am still working on that!), it should be worth a try for sure.

Dude you did not get what I was telling you.
Use NEI, then LOOK FOR A RECIPE THAT HAPPENS TO HAVE THAT INGOT AS BROKEN OUTPUT, use your brain to find out what Mod added that Recipe that outputs the broken Ingot. And THEN tell which Mod it was. This is the ONLY way to find it out.
-
Not really, TFC became so much different from vanilla thatthere is some issues. Maybe you can do something but likely not.
It is honestly easier for me to "steal" TFC Features and integrate them in GT6 with my own Style.
-
Look at the Recipe? Like seriously open NEI and look at the recipe that oputputs that one specific weird ingot...
-
Look up Recipes that output that weird Ingot, thats what you should do. Then you look at what the inputs of that recipe are to find out which Mod is fucking you over.
-
Neither GregTech nor IC2 are the cause of this Error. Look up crafting Recipes or Smelting Recipes that output this weird Ingot. The Mod that adds said Crafting or Furnace Recipe is the one that is at fault.

hopper HAS to be on top, sides wont work!

In my world the cauldron wont accept water. but in new worlds it will accept water. ive been playing around and got the cauldron to work in my world. but it is hit and miss.
With wont accept Water the way to do it is have a Pipe Capacity of 334 Liters or greater ALL the way from the source of the Water to the Cauldron. You cant use smaller Pipes on the Way to make it work.
i needed to make dark steel ingots to make rails for my rail system. i first attempted to add Steel dust and Obsidian dust.
I Have tried ingots of all kinds, Dusts, Crushed ore, purified ores and dusts, nuggets and the like.
i created a Smelting Crucible (Steel) and a Dense burning box (Solid Steel). but i have tried almost all the variants of both crucible and burning box.
i have tried creating a new world and using it in creative but it is still the same.
Is it just not smelting Dark Steel or does it apply to any Material you do inside the Crucible? Also you need 1 Steel + 9 Obsidian Dust to make it work, in ase you got that ratio wrong.

ohhhh the UUM sticks to you, that makes sense. But death should remove it.
-
I know this is probably a Bug, so I gonna suggest 1. Try restarting MC and 2. Look into your Options to see if they got changed.
-
Ok.
But how can i understand what to translate?
I will generate file from the begining and it will contains "S:gt.metaitem.01.810.name=Tiny Pile of %material Dust" without any description of material.
Yeah this makes it insanely hard to read the Lang File, since the Material that is being translated is not part of the Line you translate at all, meaning you have to search for that one first, wasting shitloads of Time, making it inconvenient for Translators, resulting in people not WANTING to translate GT, meaning you wont get any Translations thanks to this "feature" being so inconvenient!

This also makes English impossible aswell. Wood Pulp is the proper name for Wood Dust. And even if you go for the Dust ending on it, it would be Sawdust!
I have a lot of special cases like that in GT6, and those are the reason why I kept it like that. Otherwise "Paper Chad", "Bonemeal", "Gunpowder" and similar aren't possible!
