and as for carter in an epsidoe of sg1 while major carter is messing with the "merlin out of phase device" a major carter in a parallel universe is playing with a version of project Arcturas that solves the project destructive side effects by rapidly cycling through several universes and stealing a bit of power from each the problem is you eventually find a universe where a fluke happens like what happens in the episode resulting in an explosion. and in the finale sg1 is trapped in a asgard time dilation field if they shut the field down an ori beam will vaporize them so they are stuck there for like 80 years and during that time carter figures out how to reverse the flow of time in the field but there is not enough power cause they've been powering a time dilation field for 80 years so they use the energy from the ori beam to reverse the flow of time in the field, send tealc back in time with some important thing, and escape. so if you combine these two episodes you get a working and stable project Arcturas -

I believe they called it their "shortcut to hyperspace technology"? also even with the carter version project arcturas its incomplete because eventually you will load up a universe that is doing something on the other side that makes a big boom. now if you combine parallel-carters idea with elderly-homeuniverse-carters "reverse a time dilation field" idea you can use the energy released from the explosion to send information back in time to tell the machine "skip over this universe" -
superflat is also used for challenges but its impossible to industrialize many of my suggestions center around attempts at preserving the challenge why still making industrialization possible

Quite honestly the only diference between the two is that you can farm resin nearby, while you have to walk a little more to find the coal/redstone/clay for the other.
Protip: EVERYTHING in minecraft is renewable, just walk a few chunks away and there you go, more shit thats supposed to be "No renewable".
i could use the skyblock and superflat arguments again but your probably getting sick of those

I really don't feel the need to do that again, so don't play high and mighty with me. I can suggest what I please. Perhaps this isn't the time for it in your mind, but the idea is out there.
are you talking about about the solar panels run off any light suggestion? cause that wasn't even in the suggestion forum and you denied that it was a suggestion. but really you can not take hurtful things people say on the internet seriously emotion is a difficult thing to transmit with text and you could be misunderstanding what they mean with out hearing the emotion in their voice.

1. CF its already cheap.
2. If you want to add a new cf block with different blast resistances and properties, its quite likely that they need to add another block id.1.good point so replace cheap with renewable
2.by the time devs would get around to adding it the number of block id's won't be a problem
also alternative idea just have resin sprayed over scaffolds equal some thing steve perceives as planks so as to use a new block id -
the resin infused wood would be mid game cause it needs a compressor every thing else can be done early game. and slabs are fire proof so its not crazy
