Agree.
Why don't we have both? The people that want to make them out of the equivalent of 8 million eu can do so, the people that want to obtain a hundred wooden hoes and then weep softly in the corner can do so as well.

Btw, I've recently wrote up a full explanation of the Reactor system here:
[NEW] Reactor System
I see what you did there... *sarcasm* I can haz admin? *sarcasm*
Maybe Alblakas waiting for one of us to write a guide before he releases the version as its working fine?
I don't think so, if I had to take a guess this will be a "here, have fun with it" no explanation kind of release with the notes acting as the "guide" in the way that if we figure them out it's great and if we don't, well it doesn't matter as we soon will. I think it is still going through testing as RichardG has mentioned on several occasions that Cropnalyzers no longer work and I suspect that they are probably not the only thing broken by 1.3
Actually, with IC you can also acquire exponential growth with windmills and uu.
Can't you do that with every generator (except, without EE, maybe geothermal and nuclear reactors)? My point is that in EE it takes basically one energy condenser then you are set for the rest of the game just by waiting and letting your EMC production exponentially increase in a short amount of time. In IC it requires a lot more resources to achieve "endgame" and obtain a mass fabricator, but even then you won't be producing enough UU matter to make wind mills (or other generators) from energy alone until waaay later and after you have created extremely expensive endgame armor from acquired UU matter and gone through many stages of energy production.
In summary, EE: Make one magic block, have magic block create more magic blocks, set for game, IC: Make one expensive endgame block, and then a massive amount of other blocks so that you can even begin to make a few of those blocks for "exponential growth", set for game.
See the difference?
These 2 cables would solve 2 currently existing issues in IC2, those being unable to hide cables and use splitter cables in a confined space.
I agree with the splitter one, but can't you use construction foam to hide cables?
!!!
EE2 is my favourite mod. Yes, it is like cheats or NEI, but I lke it. You have to work really really really really much for make some good duplicators and systems. And you can't take items if you don't learn them at the Trasmutation Table. Also, for an item that learn all of them, you have to work for hours. And then it becomes hard to find your item. I also like this mod because it gives you the possibility of make all the systems with items that you don't use. I LIKE IT.
(Sorry for the grammar if I make some fails, I'm Italian and I'm 12, so i will study verbs in past form this year. I don't know if "verbs in past form" is correct in your English hard grammar, I don't know if I can say "make some fails" and I don't know if "systems" is the correct translation of "Impianti"...)
Pretty much every time I use EE, I make an energy collector, a klein star, and a transmutation tablet and I find that once I have these I can just wait around and collect EMC to make more collectors and repeat the cycle. It is for this reason that I think EE in its current form is incredibly overpowered. Also, your English is fine I wouldn't worry about it.
because the server admin always change the time from night to day, burning all enderman.
Endermen burn in daylight?
I play on a lot of modded servers and while it seems rare, this has happened to me twice in total with many items such as red dye, or more recently water melons given from crops.
Edit: I just made a Basefilemod to disable the InfiniteWater-Quirk. Now we have to pump our Water out of the Oceans instead of tiny Waterpits. *adding to OP*
Do you mean kind of like the finite liquids mod, or does this just stop infinite water?
I understand what you guys mean but, since you're already using "other" mods, you're probably using EE as well and can "easily" either make a condenser or use the p.stone to randomly summon the required mobs?
Were you being sarcastic when you wrote this? Not many people here use EE, in fact the general consensus was that in its current form, it is extremely OP even when used all by itself. The only time I have ever used a philosopher's stone (and EE for that matter) to make another mob into an enderman was when I did the Feed The Beast map. Hopefully EE3 will shed some light on the balance issues.
If you were posting this in reference to my post, I use Tekkit. Yes, i know. Hiss, evil, spawn of the devil. But there are your config files.
I don't think most people here are going to download Tekkit for the purpose of viewing your creation, or realistically at all.
Did you delete the API's from other mods, not IC2 or Nuclear Control? That is what you should do if you have not done it
Not in the nuclear file, in the files of the other mods that have it
If a mod contains an IC2 API inside it, delete that. The reason for deleting it is that it is an outdated version that is being used by Nuclear Control instead of the IC2 1.103 API
Follow the instructions here, and tell me if it works
What other mods are you using?
You would probably get more help by posting this (with normal font) in the thread of the addon.
You mean kind of like how IC2 already does? This probably belongs on the Minecraft forums rather than here on the forums of a mod that doesn't use adfly
A lot of people do not understand this as well. If you hook up 6 solar panels to a cable such as a tin one that can only handle ULV packets of 5 or less, it will not explode. Every solar panel is outputting 1 EU/T, they do not combine to form a 6 EU packet.
And because it's a great quote, please take Zjarek's explanation on this subject also
QuoteIn IC2 electricity is only a buzz word for small magical dwarfs carrying nanobatteries. From every energy source or storage there is one dwarf released every tick. Size of a dwarf is determined by amount of energy they are carrying. Cables are in reality just a tunnels where they run. If a cable or machine don't provide enough space for a dwarf it will get angry and blow up.
However many dwarfs are happy to run alongside each other and will in cooperation carry any amount of energy through a cable. Big dwarf will still prefer to blow up, then to split, but he can split into smaller dwarfs in transformer. Every smaller dwarf which is produced by transformer can go to the same output tunnel.
These useful little creatures are also sometimes nicknamed packets.
well considering that most mods have to re write there code for 1.3.2, i wouldn't be surprised if they "did it right"(not implying ic2 was poorly coded). and the issue would just "disappear" yeah know?
What? I'm pretty certain you could say this to every support request out there and it would be equally true.
