I really don't know what is happening to this community. But to google something (IC2 EXP) it is so hard. Or to use youtube to search for a tutorial on "how to install ..." all this thing are way too complicated for some people.
If someone is incapable of installing IC2 there is something severely wrong with their intelligence.
If by "install" you meant how to use the new machines in the experimental branch then it's only normal there aren't really any tutorials as most of these machines have existed just a few weeks and there hasn't been a formal release of anything. If you want half-decent documentation and how-to videos just sit back and wait until things settle down. Come back in about half a year or so and you'll have all you need.

It's an ID conflict. Open up nuclear control config file and change the ID of the block that it complains about.
Once you get the game running search through the log for "conflict" messages to see if there are any item IDs that also conflict and fix them the same way. Item ID conflicts don'd cause a crash, they just have one thing override another so you'll be missing stuff in game.

I can't see CodeChickenCore there. Does that mean you play with regenerating water or you have some other mod that turns it off?
If it's just ID conflict fixes I don't care much. I was hoping you have something like BetterOreGen to tune the vanilla-ores to be in big clusters as GT stuff

Yea, I know about that one but I'm not sure if NEI was acting up or what was the reason but I couldn't see the advanced miner there.

Any chance you could release a newer version any time soon? There have been a whole lot of stuff added since the last one and it would be sad to have to wait for ages to get them later

it would have one major issue:
If you have to put 1 timer per torch, assuming you put easily more than a stack of torches an hour, don't you think your game would become incredibly laggy ?
Absolutely not. You only need one check for all the torches.Have a FIFO list of torches in the world. Every time you add/refuel one add it to the end of it with the supposed running out timestamp. Every now and again check the timestamp of the torch in the beginning of the list. If it is supposed to run out of fuel do whatever is needed and remove it from that list. That way the list is automatically sorted at all times and no calculations have to run per-torch.
If there are different fuels with different timers just have separate lists for all the timer lenghts.

If anyone wants the mod list and config folder, just ask. Bunch of fun
gimmegimmegimme!
I was unable to play MC for a bit over a week and during the time IC2/GT were changed enough and a couple new mods were released (extrabees/trees, HO) to make me want to reboot my world again (I just got first steel tier machines in old one :D). Having your modlist/config might give me some ideas for my own setup

CC is awesome if you don't care about game balance at all
-
Only problem is TE is as good as dead according to latest information I've seen.
-
In your profile you say:
"Don't forget: in your 1.6.2 world there are no mods that provide cobblegens (RP or TE), but mining turtles on top of lava+water will do it nicely."Gregtech has cobblegen in form of rock breaker. It can also make obsidian when given redstone in addition to lava and water.

Do you manually add them or do you have some sort of automated process to "rip" them out from within minecraft?
-
There was a message about forge breaking adventure mode perhaps that was the cause?
There is a mod called startinginventory or something similar that you could use to give players an axe
-
GT should give them one. It did for me in SSP

"Wireless capacitor"? Add random words like "super" or "advanced" as you feel like.

Considering how useless LESU is I can't see a reason why people would blame you of anything
-
I'd prefer if it wasn't infinite.
Make it multiblock and able to have multiple outputs at varying EU. Each additional block to the structure would increase the capacity of the whole thing by X EU.

I havent seen anyone using the battery Slot to Keep machines powered.
When I set up pump+miner I generally throw a battery in the pump and have some generator feed the miner. The battery there lasts for ages and I won't need extra cabling.
