I believe the duration is determined by multiplying the base time value in the gregtech config by the time handed in the argument. To test, try changing the 10 to 0.2

greg, didn't you have something you coded to determine how long it took the server to respond? (not ping time, actual ping+processing time)

Greg, would you add an oscilloscope to diagnose electrical problems with multiblocks? E.g instead of saying "circuit burned out", say "electrical failure", and require that the machine be diagnosed with the scope before it can be repaired, having different fixes for different problems such as soldering for "bad connection", full circuit replacement for "shorted pins" and "crispy circuit", and wiring for "damaged insulation"

that is one of the major reasons that armies will never really work on a large scale in minecraft. Such things would require huge amounts of time to calculate, and won't be practical -
