Edit: In my calculations it will generate about 100k too much heat trough a full cycle, and it'll take a few icebergs to suck up THAT 
Actually AL, I might disagree that Nano is OP. Discounting PvP (That we don't even have on IR) total damage protection isn't all THAT hot. Quantum on the other hand is pretty insane. My suggestion is: Keep nano at total damage protection, make Quantum utility but NOT perfect protection and then add Australium suit that does both? (Including some awesome utility like acting batpack etc)

Edit: Looked at them all... Yeah, really bad HD/CC ratio. The goal is to get as many cooling cells next to as few HDs as possible

To clarify, energy "packets" doesn't stack. Solar outputs a single energy unit, so it will be lost after 4 (ins) copper cables no matter what

"Best" reactor depends on what you want. Efficiency? Sustainability? Little maintenance?
Normally efficient breeders need a LONG warmup before use, but I'm working on a design that needs almost none.
Depends on how much uran you have. A single cell gives 5 EU/t, which is LV. Just four in square and you get 60 EU/t, which is MV (blows machines and batboxes)
If it's MV you shouldn't server it with batboxes, since they can't take so much energy (Anything over 32 EU/t will get stuck and lost)
