I'm not actually autistic, what I do have is Asperger's which is similar but closer to the "normal" category on the autistic spectrum. Even then though, I was a kid who can't run for shit (better now but my stamina is still awful), hated sports, played with Beyblades, Yu-Gi-Oh (or tried to because I couldn't get the point deduction system at the time), Pokémon ect and combine that with the Asperger's and you have a walking target for bullying. While I never got to the point where I was willing to stab and cut myself with a knife, there were days where I begged my parents to let me stay at home (I guess what made it better for me is that I still had a place where I could be myself because I didn't play online games at the time). Even into High school, I was being bullied but it got to the point where the people bullying me were 4-6 years younger then me and thus the phrase "Get lost pipsqueak" was often herd, then "if you don't go, I can easily rob you of all your, your families and your friends personal information without even breaking a sweat so trust me when I say, get lost." I'm 18 and I have been bullied most of my life so if anyone who reads this is also getting bullied, trust me when I say "It does get better, eventually, but it does get better".

*Flaras is standing outside of a cave, looking at a palace of some sort. Marble statues of the Legendary Pokemon line a pathway that leads to a large door of the palace. A smaller building stands right before the main wall of the palace.
Flaras: Might as well check the smaller one first.

*Goes inside the small building

As far as I know, Thaumic Tinkerer doesn't add any type of wands and probably the only useful thing it has is the focus of dislocation (which is extremely powerful as it can move spawners). Unless you're talking about KAMI part of TT that is disabled by default as it adds super OP stuff.

Also I believe the intention is to have to start with GT, as the server is hardmode GT core. And Kirara 1.0 was oriented that way.

Another thing worth testing would be whether it's actually possible to change recipes that require the use of arcane worktable. These recipes are probably registered differently than normal crafting recipes, so I don't think MineTweaker can alter them. However, there are two critical components you have to craft before you can even start with Thaumcraft and since they can be crafted in regular crafting bench, I believe they can be altered with MineTweaker.
That's the iron capped wooden wand and Thaumometer. Therefore I suggest altering those two recipes to require AT LEAST stainless steel (other possibilities would be tungsten, tungstensteel or iridium).

To me it seems as a logical step because TC gives you tools, armor, weapons, farm management, transportation, enchanting and other item processing that you normally get with GT in more advanced era. And once you get there, new options of building open up for you.

Recently, Thaumic Tinkerer added Ichorium tools, including wands and wand caps. the recepie is the most expensive in TC and TT to date as it requires several dangerous infusion craftings (according to the book...) but a fill Ichorium wand can store 1000 of each aspect. Ichorium can also be used in tools and weapons.

It always saddens me when people measure the "value" or "goodness" of their stuff in lines of code or how many lines of code they produced in X amount of time. People like that don't really know what programming is in my opinion.

I did, according to my PM inbox, he hasn't opened it. I'm not ruling out the possibility that he deleted it (I did send it in January) but I have been a bit busy lately and haven't resent it.

Well, the good news is that there was people who were willing to do it (but volunteers are still welcome). The bad news is that I haven't been able to get in contact with Player to sort out permissions. And due to timezones, I haven't contacted imer.
