Well, i am a fast reader and i can look both at the same time, so i'm perfectly fine.
For example, the subtitle is there for 1 to 3 seconds, i read it in a quarter of that time and look the animation on the rest of that time.
Anyways, it is a matter of getting used to. After thousands hours watching subbed animes (and movies), thats no surprise.

Hehe, fair enough. Because a lot of my initial anime influence (aka Pokémon and Transformers...) were all dubs because they were actually on TV (and considering where I live, its a miracle that it did, nowadays its a "once in a blue moon scenario) it doesn't come naturally to me.

Always watch sub, always. Thats my opinion for animes, because otherwise you may lose some of the emotions (and some jokes) of the characters which are only "truly represented" in their original voices. Also, you may start to understand some japanese (basic, vital for understanding some things).

There are two main reason I don't normally go for subs, the first being that I haven't had any outright bad dubs so far (not including songs) and the other is that with the subs, I tend to focus on the subtitles and not the animation (which is at its worse when the characters talk quickly...) I do eventually watch the subs, but only after I know the general premise of what's happening

Shrine Runner has been a map I've been trying to get out now for years, and while I might not be able to do the architecture yet, I think I might have found something that can get the challenges a test (to look for balance issues)

    Any complaints?

Edit: I should note, I'm going to try and get 4 different config modes and 4 different challenges. Easy mode (easy challenges and easy mode for all available mods), Normal mode (not to easy, not to hard for map and configs), hard mode (Same map challenges, harder configs) and (what I call) the "Kill me now!!!" mode.

Kryptia: Who is this guy? And how dare he throw a dagger at me

    *Starts running at Blaster
Sarah: I wouldn't do that if I was you!

*A brace latches onto Blaster's leg. Once attached, Blaster jumps down and creates a shockwave upon impact
    Kryptia: Oof!

*Is blown back by the shockwave's gust
    Kryptia: RRAAGGHH!!!

*Lunges at Blaster. Blaster's cane slides off the handle to reveal a concealed Nano Sabre
    Blaster: You asked for it

    *Walks inside the building
Flaras: Davis, Reika, what are you doing here?
Davis: We can ask you the same thing.
Flaras: I take it you know where we are then?
Reika: Yes... unfortunately. Were back in Anathos. Specifically the Champion's Palace.
    Flaras: Champion's Palace?
Davis: It is a building in the centre of what's known as the Promised Sanctum. An island just off the eastern cost of Anathos. The Palace itself is designed to be a memorial for the strongest challengers in Anathos and the place where the Champion is officially fought.
Reika: The facility was abandoned during the Spambot Wars and the aftershock, while the repopulation happened.
Flaras: I see... What are you two doing then?
Davis: Getting ready to take the Castle's challenge, to get some answers
Flaras: There has to be other people here?
Reika: Unfortunately no, aside from the Castle and the cave leading to it, the island has no other buildings or landmarks. Its mostly abandoned.
Davis: Even still, unfortunately you'll stand out.
Flaras: What's that supposed to me?
Reika: He's right. We're not sure what time period this is but even still, battle armour stands out in a crowd.

    *Tosses her a bag
    Reika: Try these on

Sadly I missed all the TiC vs Gregtech stuff. But it seems some people are too ignorant to see Md was openly trying to sabotage GT, and then blame it on greg. I was hoping TiC would end up getting some punishment, banishment, something.

I see where your coming from, I share a similar opinion, not with TiC, but with Microsoft's console division.

At the same time though, one of the reasons why IC2 has been dying is because said 10 year olds think its to hard, they don't go for a challenge. In my world, I run both TE and IC2 (with GT). I use TE for basic ore processing systems and IC2 for misc machines that aren't linked to my processing systems (such as if I need Coal Dust but don't want to hunt through my chests/ AE system to find it once it has gone through). My only complaint with IC2 (and to a extent GT) is that there isn't really anything end game to strive for. One of the reasons why I like EE2 is because of its powerful tools, that I made without mass transmutation. It was fun for me to be Overpowered in my world because it was my world, I could do what ever I wanted to do. I think IC2 lacks such a thing. Yes there's UU... but by the time you go after UU there's no point because chances are you have resources coming in by the Diamond Chest load. In GT, you have the Fusion Reactor... but I don't have enough machines to warrent the construction of a Fusion reactor before I delete the world and start again. I think that if IC2 had some End game items that was its own (make it expensive but also make it fun) then it could breath new life into IC2. It is fun to be overpowered some times, as long as you do it at the right time.

Guessing IC2 phoning home, but that's just based on stuff that's been happening recently.

EDIT: Yeah, related to Technic Pack packs being blocked because they're on Techinic and break the licence.

Its actually because of whats been happening that I have decided not to use Pixelmon again, it was the last straw for me.
