Sure its not due to Cable length? http://wiki.industrial-craft.n…le=Cable#Cable_Efficiency
How far away is it from the nearest energy storage device? and what cables are you using?

This would be nice, else maybe someone can make it in their addon.

Vortex Cannon, yes.
PVP ones, meh. (Maybe put these ones in a separate thread?)
Not quite sure if you just totally ignored SpnX's post or not...
But connecting the Geothermals to something that uses energy, i.e. machines, results in the 'blinking'. I'd guess because the machine receives a packet of power and tells the network it doesn't need any more power -> Geothermals turn off -> Then it needs power again -> geothermals turn on -> repeat. Also in your case, you've created a loop around your MFSU, which may also be contributing to them problem.
Basically like SpwnX said, separate the generation and consumption networks. (Placing your MFSU at the end of each bank has done this, but SpwnX's solution is probably cheaper. I had this problem the other day and just threw and MFE in the line because of the way my E-net is set up.
Make sure he doesn't forget Cataclisto: [OFFICIAL] Community-driven TODO list
It is an easily collectable renewable resource though. Unlike blaze rods/bones.
Not that there is much point starting a big argument over such a small thing. But I don't see the point of it.
No.
It might be helpful if you gave the version numbers to things instead of just the name. Also why not try without optifine first and see if it works?
Above the DCP I read: hot and cold, need durable plating, reliable, KUPR (which by a massive guess might mean copper?) -> compress so maybe DCP stands for Durable Copper Plating or Durable Compressed Plaoting?
Doubt wiki is wrong. You are probably using ic2 1.95, some recipies changed in 1.97.
Miners only output to adjacent inventory or the surface
Do you have redpower?
- If so, use a Relay, in the latest version if ic2 I think the miner outputs to relays. (In older versions I think the inventory size of relay was considered too small by the miner)
- For pipes, place a pneumatic tube on top of miner and a relay on top of the tube. Fill relay with pipe it will go into miner when there is space.
N.B. Just tested the basic setup but it should work when the miner is fully operating.
If you don't have redpower you can do similar with buildcraft but you need the advanced insertion pipe from addition buildcraft objects or additional pipes sub-mod for BC.
Edit: ninja'd while I was testing >.>
You have to take the issue up on the bukkit thread, only vanilla IC2 SMP is dealt with here. (Unless it is happening in vanilla ic2 SSP/SMP?)
I he says he wanted to change OTHER generators, to make them more powerful to balance with CompactSolars?
@OP
1. I think an EU bow has been suggested many times before. I don't know what has come of the suggestion though.
2. Compact Solars is an ADDON for IC2. It is not vanilla IC2, it is meant to reduce lag e.t.c. It is without much doubt quite OP. Solar is not supposed to be that easy, you're (imo) supposed to start using nuclear reactors for that kind of power.
3. BatPack/LapPack have no armour for a reason, you have to decide if you want energy or protection. It is part of balance. If you want Quantum Suit armour and LapPack energy try the "Gravitation Suite" addon in the Addons section.
QuoteIf i change the id on the other.
Makes no sense.
You need to look at the crash report, ForgeModloader-X.log in your minecraft folder. It will usually tell you what is conflicting.
Not really. If you're using compact solars its far too easy to have a huge amount of power. But thats a discussion for another day/thread.
Half the problems with normal solars is the huge amount of cabling and space. I think nuclear is great delivering high power easily. Also if you're confident you don't need to set up all the reinforced stone which means just a hole, some water and then the chambers, and you can have more than one reactor going obviously.
Oh and:

Are we talking normal solar panels or compactsolars solar panels?
I must say that I find the whole "it's possible in other mods" answers a bit confusing. The suggestions are about IC2, and everything is renewable in the mod that shall not be spoken of. Where's the line?
1. Lava can already be created by UUM so I gave an alternative for more efficient large scale lava supply. No need to create another way for ic2. Also lava is supposed to be finite hence why geothermals are kind of powerful.
2. Well no chance of it happening anyway So I gave other mod
3. IC2 tin cells are used for very specific things. Having it made from stone/wood makes no sense in ic2. (Also he said cans).
Waaaaaay to complex. You just need an Itemdetector, a Redstonetorch and a Pneumatic Tube for that. (See MISEL-Mk-III on Page 4 of my Tutorial)
How about a regulator with one piece of scrap in it and a not gate?
Many posts on this topic already.
Tin cables don't annihilate themselves by high voltage
Confused!!??
[IC2 v 1.97] Bug with Ultra Low Voltage Cables? (Tin cables)
Check around first.
Why not do a little searching first? !!! Forge 3.4.9 fixes the SERVER machine facing bug !!!
Bugs tend to get fixed in newer version... thats kinda how software updating works :P. You should try the latest version of IC2 before making new bug reports.
