when i start my 1.10.2 modpack it crashed, but when i deinstall ic2 it dont crashes :

That's a crash from Minecraft-Flux not being careful with it's class name getting (https://github.com/Szewek/Mine…EUInjectRegistry.java#L22 fails with anonymous classes, which is what Refined Storage uses), report it to them.
145 Mods isn't too many. 9 types of copper and 8 types of tin aren't too many. 3 types of coffee though?
