Hello. Does anyone know, what is there is a mod that allows you to transfer energy IC2 not via wires, but via the Wireless?

I would like to make the lighting in the house that would not use the wire. Since they took the whole block and it looks terrible.

What version of Minecraft are you playing in? A quick search of the forum turned up this mod, though it's apparently only for 1.7.10:

If your main concern is the aesthetics, you also have the option of using construction foam on your wires and an obscurator:
